Bodyguard

This is a finished story.

I always thought this story was a great story, just for the idea that no one had ever thought of it before. Looking back on it, it's not very long or very good, but it's still original. It's the fourth draft of the original story, which I wrote back in 1997. This version was written in 1998. The reason for writing this is because I was trying to think of something that no one had done before, instead of the same thing that everyone else was writing at the time. Well, this is what I came up with.

The story is in the point of view of Hope, and does include flashbacks to help explain her history and where she was coming from. Before she became the official bodyguard of the Hansons, she worked for Jonathan Taylor Thomas (gosh, can you tell the age of this story?). He appears a few times, and he's not exactly the nicest person out there.

So the basic concept of the story is around Hope�how she deals with herself, her job, and the fact that she's still a kid and risking her life to save the lives of three other people. It's a lot to handle when you're not emotionally stable, fifteen, and a girl.
