| FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions: 1. If I book Hoops, will I get the same DJ? YES � When you book us � You get us! � We are not part of any �Association� where amateurs fill in. 2. What are the chances that you will not show up? Hoops DJ Service has NEVER missed a contracted event! 3. Do you take requests? Yes � If you want us to. 4. There�s a lot of music out there with objectionable language, how does Hoops handle this? Most of our Pop/Hip Hop/Rap/Dance music is on �Radio Edit� CDs. We typically play radio edits, unless otherwise directed by you. 5. I heard you play nothing but county � is that true? No � Not at all. It�s true that we have done events where we have been contracted to play 1 particular music genre. But unless otherwise directed, we play variety. For more, see our Music Page. 6. What does the DJ wear? For weddings, Jesse always wears a suit and tie, unless otherwise directed by you. For casual parties, we dress accordingly. 7. Will Hoops meet with us? Yes � We prefer to meet with every wedding couple. We like to do this in advance of your reception so that we may properly prepare. It is not always necessary to meet in person for other events, however if you so desire, we are happy to do so. 8. How long have you been doing this? Hoops DJ was founded in 1989. 9. What kind of equipment does Hoops use? ALL of our equipment is professional mobile Disc Jockey equipment. Most of our equipment has been recently purchased. 10. Does Hoops offer karaoke? No we no longer offer this option. As most of our events are weddings, we have found this media to be cost prohibitive for us. 11. Does Hoops have a light show? Yes we do.
