| XANDA , also called SANSHOU, is the ancient combat form of Chinese Martial Arts and includes punches, kicks, sweeps and throws. Nowadays Xanda is becoming popular around the world and at Hong Ying schools we run active Xanda & MMA programmes Hong Ying has produced a lot of strong Xanda fighters, many of whom are now excellent coaches. We have both male and female Xanda instructors who are also very experienced in the Ring and who,between them, hold many titles |
