Welcome to the Hondo High class of 1987 20 yr. reunion webpage.

It’s time to celebrate our 20 year class reunion, please consider joining your classmates and help celebrate the Class of 87.  The plans are currently as follows: 

Friday October 26  
Hondo Owl Homecoming Football Game no formal plan, just attend the game if you’d like and possibly see other classmates there. 

Saturday October 27, 11am to 3pm  
Classmates and their families meet at the City Park #2.  Please bring a dessert to put on a dessert table that everyone can choose from.  Lunch will NOT be provided; everyone should bring their own lunch, drinks, and chairs or blankets to sit on.  There is a small play area for the younger kids, a basketball court for older kids, plenty of room to throw a football/frisbee.  Horseshoes and a washer pit will be set up for anyone wanting to play.  This is a time for the whole family to enjoy an outing. 

Saturday October 27, 7:00pm to 1:00am  
We have reserved the Community Center in Hondo (located where the old Hondo National Bank drive through was) during these hours.  This event will be for adults only so please make any arrangements necessary for your children in advance.  Currently being catered by McBees Bar-B-Q in Hondo, Tea and desserts will also be provided.  Ice chests with your choice of beverage ARE allowed.

Please bring any pictures, yearbooks, and any stories from High School, Middle or even Elementary School, we’d love to hear them.  There will be awards and prizes given so please come join us for the fun. 

The cost involved for attending the reunion is $20 per adult.  This will cover the cost of the catered meal Saturday evening, rental of City Park #2, the Community Center, and the cost of the gifts that will go with the awards.    

Please RSVP here by September 1 so that we can get a firm count to the caterer for the Saturday evening meal.  Thank you and hope to see you in October!!!
