| Dicky: (laughs, Andy is just joking!) Wong Wan Sim: Dicky is a person who isn't really too serious about anything and likes to play or joke around. I would describe him as being a "Woo Lai Tao." William So: Dicky is a real easy going and generous guy... Host: That's funny...how come all your friends describe you as being "Woo Lai Tao" and it's nothing like what you describe yourself? Dicky: I'm not really a "Woo Lai Tao" person, it's just that in the entertainment buisness, I act like that. Most of my films are comedies, so it's natural to assume that I'm like that in real life. Next the Hosts showed video clips on people in the street asking questionc for Dicky. Host 2: This next topic is interesting...it's about your bad habits! Dicky: Bad habits? I don't really have any! Host 1: Come on, everyone has bad habits! Dicky: (laughs) Ok..ok..maybe I pick my nose! Host 2: Oh, it's more than that, and we have your friends as proof! Let's go to the video clips! Andy Hui: I had this really nice shirt once. On the front it was decorated with lots of beads that made it sparkle. One day, Dicky asked me if he could borrow it and he never returned it. Months later, I saw him wearing it for a performance and I thought to myself,"Hmm...that shirt looks familiar." Suddenly, I realized it was that shirt he never returned! I know now that when things fall into Dicky's hands, you'll never see it again! William So: Dicky is a type of person who never return things. One time I lent him this cap. It was a very unusual cap since it had a different color in each half of the cap. I saw him do several interviews with the cap, and I'm still waiting for him to return it! Dicky couldn't help, but cracked up during this part of the interview! Host: Well, the truth is out. What do you have to say about your bad habits? Dicky: I used to see my friends wear really nice clothes. I couldn't afford them myself, so I would ask them to lend it to me. Host 2: Oh, so that's why. But now you're rich, so you don't need to borrow from them anymore right? Dicky: (jokes) I'll make it up to them, and buy them clothes! Host 1: The next bad habit we have of you is "Bui Low Kwan." (which means a flasher in Chinese) Dicky: Me?! A flasher?! I always wear clothes when I'm with people. Ok...I'll be honest...I always, at least, have an underwear on, so you can't say I'm a flasher! Host 1: Do you mean..thong underwear? The audience goes hysterical! Dicky: Never! Well, if I did I would have to towel around myself! Host 2: Let's see what your friends think about that! Wong Wan Sim: Sometimes, when I come over to Dicky's house, I see him walking around in his underwear and without a shirt. It's embarassing for me, since I don't know whether I should look at him or not! Dicky's childhood friend: I knew Dicky and his brothers when we were very little. They liked to walk around just in underwear because they believed it would promote growth down there! This was really funny because Dicky was drinking water and he actually spitted the water out because he was laughing so hard! Host 2: We're waiting for your explanation... Dicky: When I have days off, I want to sleep late. My brother would come in and try to wake me, but I would say,"Give me a few more minutes." Finally, when I hear the doorbell, (Dicky's friends arriving) I quickly run into the shower, so that's why my friends sometimes bump into me in my underwear or a towel around my waist! |
