We learn from studying about Sodom that homosexuality is associated with violence. Wherever there is violence there is injustice and God hates injustice. Pure-hearted Lord God, homosexuals and lesbians and all others who behave abhorrently can hear the peeling siren from your police car. Help us to help them out of their bubbly bath of burst burdens without falling in and getting scalded.

Father, we have all sinned and fallen short of Your glory. We deserve no more than to be banished to a temperature tormenting bubbly bath where we can suffer indefinitely from the tonsillitis of our treachery. Help homosexuals and heterosexuals to acknowledge that their sins are not silent. Let us all work for increased purity; for mankind's sins shout against us all and reach the ears of Almighty God. Lord God, Your creation, men women and most recently children are being assaulted by wave after wave of violence from corrupt television program writers, producers and actors. Teach us to watch only dignity enhancing programs.

Divine law sentences all humanity to death. Death means eternal separation from the love of Our Creator God. Divine grace, seen in the righteous character of Jesus Christ, offers fallen man a way out the punishment of God's judgment of death on sin through faith in His finished, redeeming reconciliatory work.

Infinitely beautiful redeemer God, we can't do what you command us to do without Your help. In Romans 12: 2 You command us to be transformed by the renewing of our mind. Turning to Ezekiel 36: 26-27 we read I (God) will will give you (mankind that I lead to Jesus Christ) a new heart and a new mind. I will take away your stubborn heart of stone and give you an obedient heart. I will put my spirit (holy Spirit) in you and I will see to it that you follow my laws and keep all the commands I have given you.

Blessed God who judges wickedness. Blessed blessing above all blessings, all the glory of salvation belongs to You. We read in Isaiah 61:10 that all beautiful blessings come forth out of God's gracious hand. Jerusalem (the redeemed of the Lord God) rejoices because of what The Lord (God) has done. She is like a bride dressed for her wedding. God has clothed her with salvation and victory.

Pure God we understand, often belatedly, how vital it is to love You with pure love. We read astonished in Your holy Bible that in Sodom there were not 10 genuine followers of You. Assist us daily to remind ourselves that You will punish unredeemed mankind, in order that our chances to repent before You are increased. Special Father, Friend and Lord God, we pray for a deeper longing to talk about the loveliness of Your liberty.

Inspire us, God of inspiration and revelation, so that we might trust in Your Beloved Jesus Christ and His atoning work and that You might dress the naked in robes of righteousness. Let us pray for all oppressed fellowmen and women. Lord God I believe that You hate homosexuality and lesbianism because in these illicit unions sexual oppression is involved. I believe that unnatural role playing is employed by the victims; for men were not designed to behave as female substitutes. Any lifestyle which is unnatural reminds students of life that Satan, the father of lies, is not slumped in an armchair waiting for fallen angels to rock him to sleep nor is he sucking his thumb wondering whether or not to actively promote impurity. Like a roaring lion he is uprooting God's word in the hearts of our fellow neighbor. He is a formidable enemy of God triune whom we shall take very seriously.

Lord God Triune, on too many days many lack the energy and desire to rock themselves awake. We see so much evil in the world and too many of us are closing our eyes to it. Armies charge at armies with their leaders daily promising a safer world. Armies can provide no solution to mankind's deep-seated challenges.

Father, month by month the people of our world are becoming more wary of each other. Be merciful and wake us gently from spiritual retirement; so that we can hunger and thirst for increased purity to the wonderful glory of Your holy name above all names. Teach us all that "the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds". Teach us that terrorism is not to be pulled down with state of the art technology. Precious peace promoting readers, violence produces violence. Only God Himself can take just revenge on those who perpetrate terror.

Let us accept our losses and turn to Him with rejoicing hearts. Let us remember that Our unique mighty God alone gave victory to the Israelites over the armies of Egypt. He caused the walls of Jericho to fall. He can give victory to us over any spirit that dishonors His holy name. The Goliath of terrorism can only be brought down if, united in love, we hunger and thirst for increased purity.

We have a God to whom wonderful power, glory and honor belongs. Holy Jesus Christ, Our God of peace, help us to incline our hearts to trust You to bring increased serenity into our not always enthusiastically bubbling-for-peace hearts. Amen.

How do I know that the holy Bible is given by inspiration of God?

The holy Bible is a unique book. It not only commands but also offers empowerment to carry out the commands. Looking at the offerings of the world we see that there are many sources of potential motivation. God allows us to be moved by Nature and clearly music can be ennobling. Yet to be " emotionally moved" or grow more moral (as encouraging as it is) can not provide a solution to our "lost" condition before God.

How do we rise to the supreme challenge of trusting Our holy Creator and relying on God's work of drawing us unto Himself?

The key word is rightful acknowledgement. We must acknowledge God Almighty is Our holy Father. We must acknowledge He is reigning King in our lives. We must acknowledge that He commands us to forgive completely.

We must acknowledge that we need to study and apply His living word in our lives to live triumphantly over temptations. We must acknowledge that He has shown His grace to us in Jesus Christ's atoning work on Calvary's Cross.

We must acknowledge that He brings honour into our lives through His supplied power. We must acknowledge that the triune God (Father, Son and holy Spirit) of the holy bible alone is to be hallowed. When this is accomplished we know by revelation that the holy Bible is given by inspiration of God! Yes, we should be fighting against the fallen world that we live in!

Yes, many of today's churched and unchurched are motivated by nothing more than a strong desire to stay silent over matters of wickedness!
It seems to even a neutral observer that he only things they are happy to succumb to in their moments of non-silence are the blabbing of untruth. Can you hear multitudes around you clamoring for the stubborn to be respected? The Holy Bible shows itself to be different.

It teaches that we must not respect that which is wrong. We must not respect violence! Yet what is happening? The degreed are watching violent TV programmes. Yes, and it is the degreed who are creating violent and immoral games. How do I know that the holy Bible is given by inspiration of God? I know because it is the only book in print that can teach its students to truly hate evil; for its author holy triune God has a hatred of unjust violence. Fellow students we must not respect those who want to shut up those bringing the Gospel into an ailing world.

We must recognize that to totally ignore helpful suggestions to explore the holy Bible shows not just ignorance but often stubbornness. Students of Science, the Holy Bible is a wonderful book. Errors need to be reflected upon and spoken against. Hope springs eternal for fighters of true faith! God's holy Word is restorative.
