Criteria for Eligibility
In order for students to participate in the Holy Names University Upward Bound Project, they must meet our entry criteria.
- Must be in the 9th Grade.
- Must meet the annual income levels below.

- Parents must have not earned a bachelor's degree or higher in college.
- Must demonstrate academic potential (not necessarily high grades).
- Must attend Oakland High School.
- Must demonstrate academic need based on test scores.
