In Lappland, Norway a Ju52 could be found at the original crash site. This aircraft was original D-AGTC (c/n 6032) operated by Lufthansa in 1938 During WWII it went to Luftwaffe as 7U+LM and was used by K.Gr. zbV 108. It crashed on 24th February 1943 at Lappland near the Finnmark plateu at Gaednogaisa on Norwegian terrain The condition is bad, the fuselage and wing are corroded. The cockpit section is missed. Several parts were used for the restoration of c/n 6057. A few parts of P4+CH are still at its crash site at Aakenustunturi in Finland. The aircraft crashed in poor weather and all crew members were killed. Parts of tail unit and wing are at the crash site. Another crashsite of a Ju52 is at Vayla, Finland where 7U+GK crashed nr. a road in autumn 1944 after been shot by a Russian fighter. Only a very few parts are still there. C/n 5828, KI+AL and 5596 are two other Ju52s, which are still at Lappland. At Hommelvik Bay near Trondheim c/n 5751 D-AUQB "Hans Berr" is still available. This aircraft was previous LN-DAI "Hauken", in service with DNL before WWII. The aircraft is under water.
