This aircraft belonged to a set of five aircraft, which were rescued from the grounds of Hartvigvann Fjord in Norway between 1983 and 1986. During the Narvik campaign in April 1940 a total of 11 Ju52/3m 4ge's flew a mission to Narvik with supplies for the ground troops at Narvik. They landed on the froozen Hartvigvann Sea. As the aircraft had not enough fuel for the return flight, they remained at the Hartvigvann Fjord with the exception of one aircraft, which started with the remaining fuel of the other aircraft. The remaining Ju52 later sank into the sea, when it became warmer weather. In 1983 five of the wrecks were returned to the surface of Hartvigvann Fjord. C/n 6657 remained in Norway and was restaurated until 1999. It is now displayed at Oslo.
