AS YOU KNOW SOYA IS THE ONLY PLANT WHICH IS EQUIVALENT TO FIRST GRADE (ANIMAL ORIGINED ) PROTEINS.AND AGAIN AS YOU KNOW IT IS POSSIBLE TO MAKE PRODUCTS LIKE MILK,CHEESE,YOGURT,MEATBALL,ETC FROM SOYBEANS. THE PROBLEM HERE AGAIN AS YOU KNOW IS THE HIGH COST OF SOYMILK MACHINES .E.G A SOYMILK MACHINE PRODUCING 40 LITERS /HOUR IS 7.000 UUS$ IN CANADA. MY INVENTION SOYMILK MACHINE IS FOR ONLY 700 US$ AND WHICH IS MUCH BETTER -EASIER TO CARRY,WASH AND INSTALL,MAKES THE MILK CHEAPER-THAN A 7.000 US$ MACHINE.THIS WILL GIVE A VERY VERY BIG OPPORTUNITY TO ENTREPRENEUS&VEGAN+VEGETARIAN GROUPS& BIG FAMILIES&VEGETARIAN RESTAURANTS&SOYMILK PRODUCERS,ETC.
THE SYSTEM WORKS THUS:
1) THERE IS AN INDUSTRIAL OVEN BELOW DESIGNED ESPECIALLY FOR SOYMILK.-IF YOU USE A STEAM INJECTOR THE SYSTEM WILL BE VERY EXPENSIVE AND HEAVY AND THE COST OF THE SOYMILK WILL BE MORE EXPENSIVE.
2)ON THIS PART I PUT A STAINLESS STEEL WATER TANK WITH CAPACITY OF 8 LITRES(THE WATER TANK IS WITH THERMOMETER AND AGAIN DESIGNED FOR SOYMILK PRODUCTION - I WILL SEND DETAILS IF YOU THINK YOU CAN PRODUCE-)
3) IN THE WATER TANK I PUT AN ENGINE PART TO WHICH A FILTER( - I WILL SEND DIMENSIONS AGAIN IF YOU THINK YOU CAN PRODUCE-) WHICH ALSO ACTS AS A SOYA TANK FOR SOAKED SOYBEANS IS PUT JUST LIKE THE HOMETYPE SOYMILK MACHINES.
I WAIT TILL THE WATER COMES TO 85 DEGREES CELCIUS ,DIM THE FIRE AND START THE ENGINE 6 SECONDS AND WAIT ANOTHER 6 SECONDS FOR HOMOGENIZATION OF SOYMILK . I REPEAT THE PROCESS 6 TIMES TILL THE SOYA IN THE FILTER COMPLETELY IS GROUND AND TURNS TO OKARA . AS YOU SEE THE OKARA IS IN THE FILTER AND YOU DO NOT NEED A SECOND PROCESS FOR SEPERATING OKARA FROM SOYMILK. I USE TWO FILTERS BECAUSE I DO THE SOYMILK IN "1 SOYA/8 WATER PROPORTION" AND FOR THIS I NEED 2 FILTERS(EACH FILTER HAS THE CAPACITY OF 1.2 KG SOAKED SOYA WHICH IN FACT IS 1/2 KG WHEN DRY)
THE PROCESS TAKES ABOUT 15 MINUTES : 1) 8 MINUTES TILL THE WATER COMES TO 85 DEGREES + 2) 5 MINUTES GRINDING&CHANGING FILTERS .
SO THE CAPACITY IS ABOUT 40 LITRES/HOUR. BUT IF YOU HAVE A SOURCE OF HOT WATER IN 85 DEGREES(OR MEANWHILE YOU PREPEARE HOT WATER BY COOKING WITH ANOTHER OVEN) THE CAPACITY OF THE MACHINE CAN BE DOUBLE&TRIPLE JUST BY SPENDING TIME TO GRINDING.
ANOTHER ADVANTAGE IS THAT IN A VILLAGE YOU CAN HEAT THE WATER JUST WITH WOOD YOU COLLECT AND MAKE THE MACHINE WORK WITH ELECTRICITY AND THUS LOWER THE COST OF THE SOYMILK VERY MUCH
