They stand up and take in the landscape. Lush, green fields of shin-high grass that stretch into the distance surround them.
Rob: Well? I’m hungry. This obviously isn’t our time... and I can’t read the stupid display on this thing
Mandy: Great. We’re never going to get home.
Rob: Don’t be so Glass Half Empty, Mandy. Remember? Nothing could be worse than prehistoric earth?
Mandy: Mmmriiight. Ok. Fine. Start time shifting then.
Rob: What do you mean?
Mandy: I mean, like, it’s pretty simply, to set the date, right?
Rob: Not without the screen it isn’t.
Mandy: Ok, yeah, but can’t you just push the forward button a little bit, then we warp in, see if we need to go forward or back in time, and then just keep narrowing it down until we’re there?
Rob: Wow ... yeah, it’s so crazy it just might work.
Mandy: Who talks like that?
Rob: I don’t know. People on adventures and stuff.
Mandy: Oh my god. Just go.
Rob presses the button. Zap sissbangboom.
