1480 A.D. Five bell tents in the besieger’s camp; pennons on flag poles and ball apexes, decorated roof edge, guy ropes attached to wall edge scalloping (single point attachment). Two of the tents showing the swirling tress decoration of the roof apex.  "Scenes of fifteenth-century warfare from the Beauchamp Pageant, recording the life of Richard Beauchamp, Earl of Warwick, written c. 1480.
