The Bury Psalter

11th century. A single geteld, ridge decoration consisting of lines and dots, heavy black three pronged decoration on the centre of the roof, descending from the ridge line, the inscription reads “SCI S” appears further down the centre panel, multiple panels are shown at either end of the geteld, bottome edge is decorated with a band of lines and dots, a couple of the bottom edge pegs and loops are shown. “Bury Psalter, Canterbur, Christchurch, Bury St. Edmunds...3.8 Vatican, Biblioteca Apotolica, Reg. Lat. 12, f. 29r.” 

“...In the outer margin, the standing psalmist, bearded, looks above to the hand of God which appears over a tent, in blue outline, inscribed “SCI S”...” p. 42.
