To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as
I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne."
Revelation 3:21

Many people believe that in order to live in this world, a person must
give and take, split the difference, or possibly come to terms ~ in
other words, compromise. The Lord Jesus, on the other hand, calls us to
be uncompromising when it comes to our Christianity anf the way we live
out our faith in our daily encounters with family, friends, business
associates, and strangers we encounter.
Jesus told the chruch of Laodicia that He would prefer for them to be
either hot or cold. Then He could at least tell where they stood.
Unfortunately, the chruch was neither hot nor cold ~ it was lukewarm
toward the claims of Christ and His promises to it. Even so, in His
love, the Lord promised to those who repented and were willing to
confess Him unashamedly the right to sit on His throne.
Jesus makes the same promise to us today. He does not want us to
compromise His person or His work but rather to give bold witness to the
unbounded love He displayed for us on the cross.
God Bless You ~ Have a joyful day in the Lord!
