I prefer splitting to the 22-point to the 21-point because it gives White less incentive to attack, and it gives Red less damage done
if White does attack. In addition, the builder on the 10-point is slightly better placed, since it can aim at the 4-point.
These factors make 24/22 13/10 worth the risk of White's 5-5.
