| Magical Rule 1: Your Site should be somewhat,no, make that mostly Harry Potter related.I'm cutting some slack. You can have it shared with something else but there has to be enough content for us to judge..NO...LOTR sites sry..=..( Mystical Rule 2: When you fill out the form be sure to fill out all the requirements unless said otherwise next the the question. Especially your URL and your e-mail adress otherwise you cannot participate (if ur URL ever changes please make sure you e-mail me about it) Cursed Rule 3: You have to be nominating your own site. If you see a site that you feel deserves to have one of our S.E.E. awards then contact them and have them nominate themselves. Spell Bound Rule 4: NO ADULT CONTENT. You cannot be linked to any adult content either Mysterious Rule 5: you must be linked to *Sparkling Emerald Eyes* either before or soon after nomination. If you aren't linked a week after you've nominated yourself then...I'm so sorry ... but you will be disqualified. You can find our link/codes on the "Link To Us" Hexed Rule 6: Nominate yourself for up to MAX. of five categories that apply to your site. i.e: if your site is dedicated to fanfiction and book related then don't nominate yourself for "Best Harry Potter Movie site"...savvy? ...And the MOST IMPORTANT RULE OF ALL IS...I AM NOT YOUR BABYSITTER, AND I WANT YOU LET LOOSE (not too much) AND A HAVE A GOOD TIME... so i will not provide a certain word to be typed in to make sure that you READ THE RULES... because the fact is, you read rules and follow requirements and participate OR you don't read the rules and become disqualified...simple as that...so that being said ...
