Romans 1:20-25 For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and G-dhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew G-d, they glorified Him not as G-d, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible G-d into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things. Wherefore G-d also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of G-d into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
This verse refers to Egyptian beliefs and Idolatry. They created animal images and worshipped them. The Zodiac also comes to mind. Today many people have come to almost worship animals.

G-d has given them up to a reprobate mind. It is like the times of Noah. The heathen tries to claim ignorance. But G-d refutes it because of our conscience and because G-d's handwork can be seen in nature. All the different designs of animals and plants and insects point to a creator. They try to tell us this happened slowly through evolution. They add a few hundred million years to make it sound more plausible. What nonsense!
If one looks at the intricate design of one cell in the human body and how many cells it takes to make up a body and how it all works together, how can one think that this happened by mistake. This wisdom from (man or Satan) boggles the mind. If one looked at a watch, doesn't one know that it had a creator? Or does one think that all these pieces came together by accident.
Paul goes on to describe those that profess to be wise but are fools. This reminds me of those who claim to be wise with their PhD's who deny the existence of G-d and cannot see Him in creation. Many scientists have come to know, through looking at the universe, that there must be a creator. Look at our planet. Is it an accident that the sun is just at the right position not to cook us or at the right position so that we all do not freeze?
Albert Einstein said, "G-d does not play dice". The universe was no crap game.
Are there really any genuine atheists? No, G-d has made it plain to them; - His eternal power and divine nature - have been clearly seen. It can be seen in the earth by the things He has created. We can also see evidence in His heavenly creation.
Tehillim (Psalms) 97:6 The heavens declare His righteousness, And all the peoples have seen His glory.
Romans 1:26-27 For this cause G-d gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.
The sin that is being condemned here is the sin of homosexuality.
Romans 1:28-32 And even as they did not like to retain G-d in their knowledge, G-d gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of G-d, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of G-d, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
Gave them up - is an expression which means, "to be handed over for sentencing". When men abandon G-d, He in turn abandons them. He allows their sin to run its course and they suffer the full consequences of their sin.
How is G-d's wrath being revealed against humanity's wickedness?
G-d gives them over to sinful desires.
Our culture today is evil. We all fall short, but accepting this behavior is wrong.
What should our attitude be regarding these people?
We are to love the person and hate the sin. We should try to tell them about Yeshua. They are lost souls. Yeshua can deliver them from immorality.
