me, things of that nature are -clearly- marked, so I won't fall for the old 'But I didn't see that...' trick.

If it's marked as "original" or something, I can
guarantee you it is. Might wanna' check who you're
blaming. Keep in mind, lots of things on the web are
fair game. For original stuff, I always get permission
first and cite the site.
