TANDOORI
The Tandoor is an unglazed oven which is heated on charcoal. The clay onto the food imparts a special aroma, one that convential oven is unable to do. The chicke, lamb, fish, vegetables, or whatever else, is usually marinated for hours in aromatic spices, then threaded onto skewers roasted inside the tandoor
