Princess
of Pop "Britney Spears"
with her successful single "Everytime"
can slip its rank to the top
of the whole international charts.
Also its MV which everyone 's
talking about. I admit that
I love this MV before listening
to this song. I guess her obsessive
fans will love her more and
more after watching her MV and
listening to it.

"Northern Star" by Melanie
C.
Album:
Northern Star
When
the Spice Girls finally took some
time off Melanie C took advantage
of the situation and decamped
to Los Angeles to begin recording
her debut solo album. Contributors
to the album have included Beastie
Boys, Red Hot Chili Peppers producer
Rick Rubin, Madonna collaborators
Marius De Vries and Rock Nowels,
William Orbit (Madonna, Blur)
two members of Beck's band and,
of course, Bryan Adams. One track
from the album, Never Be The Same
Again includes guest vocals from
Lisa Left Eye from TLC.

"Where Is the Love?" by
Black
Eyed Peas ft. Justin Timberlake
Album:
A&M
Unexpectedly
and amazedly that "Where Is
the Love" would become a HITS!
There's many hip hop bands today,
but Black Eyed Peas can step their
own position to the front line,
leading the way of hip hop world.

"When It's Over" by Sugar
Ray
Album:
Sugar Ray
In June 2001, Sugar Ray returned
with a self-titled effort. Proving
its earlier success was no fluke,
Sugar Ray became the band's first
top 10 album when it entered the
Billboard 200 at No. 6. One of the
album's notable tracks is "Stay
On," which features guest vocals
from 311 singer Nick Hexum. The
album also included the hit "When
It's Over," ,the most successful
single of the album

"Unwell" by Matchbox
20
Album:
More Than You Think You Are
Though
he cites Van Morrison, Elvis Costello,
and Al Green as musical favorites,
Matchbox Twenty's singer-songwriter
Rob Thomas plays music cut from
a different cloth. While he has
certainly expressed his inner rage
and soul's discontent via song since
M20's first single, "Push,"
his band works a far meatier spectrum
akin to the grunge bands of previous
years (Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Nirvana),
albeit with a catchier attack. As
Thomas grows as a songwriter and
musician (something of which he's
clearly capable, given his hugely
successful, Grammy-winning "Smooth"
collaboration with Carlos Santana),
it wouldn't be surprising to hear
Thomas fronting a very different
band in a few years.
Let's listen to Matchbox Twenty'
song "Unwell"

"Dare You to Move" by
Switchfoot
Album:
The Beautiful Letdown
Switchfoot’s
“the beautiful letdown” (Columbia
Records, 2003) arrived on the heels
of 3 critically acclaimed indie
releases over the past 7 years,
and has quickly proven itself to
be the band’s strongest album yet,
earning them a hit single at rock
and alternative radio with “Meant
To Live,” record sales have eclipsed
1 million in the US, and sold out
shows all across the country. But
I picked up "Dare You To Move"
here. It's the soundtrack of Mandy
Moore's picture "A Walk To
Remember" Can you remember
it?
Spice
Girls is the famous girlband of
Britain. In the past there are five
members in this band << Victoria
Adams or Posh Spice, Emma Bunton
or Baby Spice, Geraldine Halliwell
or Ginger Spice, Melanie Brown or
Scary Spice and Melanie Chisholm
or Sporty Spice >> But now
There are four members in the band
because Geraldine or Ginger Spice
had left out. They started writing
songs until manager took them on
in May 1995. A record deals with
Virgin Records. In 1996 the single
" Wannabe " and an expression
of the " Girl Power "
philosophy with a rap interlude
was on its way to number 1 in the
UK chart.

"Rise and Fall" by Craig
David ft. Sting
Album:
Slicker Than Your Average
David was slicing and dicing
ragga and R&B on the local station
PCRS 106.5FM and found himself playing
club gigs prior to rubbing elbows
with some of music's finest. It
was during this time he hooked with
Artful Dodger's Mark Hill. After
winning a national writing competition,
Craig was more than ready to start
producing with Hill. His big break
came when he put his own additives
on Damage's "I'm Ready,"
a B-side to "Wonderful Tonight."
Soon thereafter he remixed his own
version of Human League's "Human"
and started himself a regular spot
in area clubs during the weekends.
"Rewind" was another underground
smash, specifically a definitive
move for David. His respect for
Stevie Wonder, Faith Evans, and
R. Kelly was most apparent, however
his own vocal talent was beginning
to shine. He and Hill's specialty
show on Capital Radio provided another
outlet for David to shape his musical
work of genius. "Fill Me In"
proved yet another hit, shooting
straight to number one in summer
2000. David was now the youngest
British male solo artist to have
a number one single. He was 19-years-old.
