Count of Analish and the main land owner in the Anill Forest, he is Catrina's father. He is married to Countess Paintence je'Poldien. His only son, and eldest child, is Lord Davin je'Cratlin, a knight in the King's Guard. He is a short and portly man, well on in age. He is mostly bald, but what hair remains is nearly all white.

Countess of Analish and married to Count Raylem je'Cratlin. Mother of Davin & Catrina. The Countess is a gossiping busybody, large of stature and well on in age. She married older than is customary and had her children late in life. Her closest friend is Mistress je'Hashire.
Lord Davin je'Cratlin
Catrina's brother and a knight in the King's Guard. He usually guards the East Gate to Corette.
Catrina je'Poldien ti'Cratlin
Malachite's closest confidant, daughter of Count je'Cratlin and Countess di'Cratlin. Catrina has brown hair and eyes, pale skin and stands 5 feet tall. Born the eighth dae before the Nonae of Febari (February 6th) 1397
Mistress je'Hashire
The local midwife and wisewoman, people go to her for healing and sometimes charms. People talk as she works and so she usually knows all the happenings of the city and the four villages. A good friend of Countess di'Cratlin.
Thom je'Schilea se'Gromwil
Local boy that Maly and Catrina knew growing up. He had a crush on Maly but developed a romantic interest in Catrina. Works for the City Butcher, Master Darcid je'Gromwel. Stands 5'5" tall with mousy light brown hair and brown eyes. Born (March 27th 1392.
Rovald ti'Larkin
Bastard child whose father went unnamed by his mother. He is therefore only "by Larkin," his mothers family name. He was the butt of many jokes due to his parentage and feels a lot of anger that he will have no name to pass to his sons. Is smitten with Maly, which adds to his bitterness. When his father is revealed to him he is driven to extreams. Born (October 23) 1387.
