| The Thespian Secratary is in charge of documenting the announcments and decisions made during meetings so that no one can dipute or question what may have happened 3 weeks ago. The sectatary also keeps attendance, and takes and reads the previous minutes every meeting if requested to. Requirements: ledgible quickhand, attentivness, good attendance. |
