So some hardy souls (step forward Doreen, Lucy,...) undertook to help these hopeless guiders become less hopeless, and the Hopeless Guiders' Camp was born. To help everyone get to the HGC, two were held simultaneously - one in Oxfordshire and one further north.
When Alice & co took up the baton for the second HGC they decided we weren't that bad, so HGC became the HopeFUL Guiders Camp... and here we are!
