| I have lived in Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture since August 08, 2001. It's quite beautiful and centrally located between Tokyo and Nagoya. Transportation is very convenient using either the JR Tokaido Line or the Shinkansen (bullet train). Railways are easily accessible and punctual here too. I am an English teacher at 'Shimada Koko' (high school). It is an academic school and quite a pleasure to teach at. The students are great! |
