To formally introduce myself, I am Steve Luzader, but I'm far more known commonly in gaming circles as Mox.

I began this endeavor sometime in early June 2003 in an attempt to broaden the horizons of other HeroClix players throughout the world.  While I ordinarily woundn't do something quite so presumptuous, my close personal friends have often praised me for my keen and intuitive mind for gaming.  On that note, I felt the need to share my wisdom with everyone as I, much like everyone, had a difficult time starting out playing HeroClix myself.  Although I took my writing very seriously, I never anticipated the amount of positive feedback I received from the gaming society.  I continued to keep writing on anything I felt could make good material and it was continuously welcomed by rookie and veteran alike.

The seminars that I had originally written and posted at the WizKids forums are now presented here for a more widespread audience.  They were designed to showcase and help players understand small and subtle points to the game in order to help them become better players.  The articles are written based on my  hundereds of games of experience and observation on both a casual and tournament level.  They are setup to provide general guidelines to study and observe so that a player can grow at their own rate.  They are not absolute nor have I ever claimed to a be a know-all guru.  Some things don't apply to all players.  While I had originally designed these to help newer players, it was my hope that even the most grizzled of veteran players could benefit something from even one of the seminars.

I do feel I must say the views expressed in my seminars are mine and mine alone.  I do not speak for Wizkids, the HeroClix League of Athens or any of its sponsors.  It is my professional obligation to note as so.

In closing I would like to thank Mr. Kesler for so graciously taking on the daunting task of making my seminars more available.  To have been asked to so was and is a great honor.  I would also like to thank the many users of the HeroClix forums who have helped make my seminars a monumental success.  (Sadly, there are far too many to name.)  Without the supprt of them, I certainly wouldn't be this far today.  As I am now currently working on having my future seminars published by magazines, I will never forget the roots from where I come from.  Thank you and enjoy.
