Millions of viewers, all over the world, tune in to watch this wonderful show everytime it was
being shown in a country. Charmed is a show about witches. Now, Charmed is not about pointed
hats, broomsticks, and black cats. It's about three witches who are sisters, sharing a manor in
San Francisco.Each one of them have a certain power that is used to their advantage to vanquish
demons, warlocks, and other evil beings each week, sometimes twice a week! The eldest sister,
Piper, has the power to freeze time and could blow-up objects. The "middle" sister, Phoebe, has
the power of premonitions, which is the ability to see into the future and the past by simply
touching an object and when her powers expanded she learned levitatation.Meanwhile,the youngest
sister, Paige, has the ability to orb objects from one place to another, and also herself and
other people form one place to another. Before Paige was found, there was also another sister
who was older and more powerful than Piper.Prue who, at the end of Season 3, unfortunately was
killed by Shax. As the future of the Halliwell's look bleak, Paige was brought onto the show,
in Season 4, to complete "The Power of Three." Paige has Prue's powers, but since Paige is a
half whitelighter, she orbs objects instead of moving them with her mind like Prue could.Paige
is half whitelighter(A whitelighter is basically an angel. They have the power to heal any "evil
inflicted" wound, and orb. Orbing is being able to transport yourself form place to place
quickly, in a flash of white light. Whitelighters can also orb to heaven.)her mother, Patty,
had an affair with her whitelighter, thus, Paige was born. Also, the sisters have a spell
book called "The Book of Shadows." They use it to find potions and spells to vanquish evil
beings.The siblings were willed the house of their childhood, which they inharmoniously share,
a grand and mysterious Victorian manor that has been in their family for untold generations and
defines the term "fixer-upper." Yet, the discovery that these three sisters are powerful good
witches, foretold as the "Charmed Ones," creates a bond that reaches far beyond just
being "sisters". They must bond together to keep their otherworldly witchcraft a secret and
vanquish all comers.
