| The disciples' did as Jesus said and as more people reached into the baskets more loaves and fishes came up. They all ate and were satisfied. The number of people was about 5000 not counting women and children. There were 12 baskets left over. | ||||||||||||||

| Since Jesus knew they were coming towards to make Him king because of the miracles they had seen, He withdrew to the mountain alone. (John 6: 15) |
