BITTEA /aka AGNES TRUM Bittea was a crusty old Caravaan Master, whose wirey red curls stood out around her head like lightening. Green eyes that could throw sparks with her temper, were bright and took in everything. She ran a line of Caravanseri that were know for cleanliness and honesty unsurpassed. Drinking was allowed, bad manners were not. Bittea herself led many treks into the Out lands and to the far reaches of our World.
She was family friend to Wa 'Reen and had once loved Guen's father , Reen. When the Hold was destroyed she searched until she found the girl. Bittea set Guen's feet on a path to life, rather than simple existence.
Bittea was much more than she seemed though. She had lived many lives and on many planes and was a Road Walker and True Dreamer. Known as Agnes Trum on Terra and Aqua Dolce, she had other names on other worlds.
JESSE One the greatest Meta Warriors of The Abbey's history, Jesse functioned now as first Tirizi advisor to the Abbey head Pere Abe'-an ancient Maejor. The Tirizi Priesthood used the older man s talents to investgate any hint of Fornth invasion. Jesse was heavyset and because of this didn't look his great height. His grizzled salt and pepper hair was wiry and the two gray streaks in his short beard looked well on him. Gruff and tacturn , Jesse had a heart that carried loyalty to an extreme and had a tender place for animals and children. Still young at heart, he quietly loved Mira, but would never own to it. Even though marriage was allowed to both Meta and Tiriz, Jesses knew that Mira had no reason to return his feelings. MIRA-MIRAGE Master Librarian, Mirage was a mystery to most. Exceptionally tall, stately and with elegant hands that drew the eyes, Mira's eyes were what drew one. Depp midnight blue with purple and silver flecks , only a few had seen them turn to ruby fire and lived to carry that knowledge. Mirage was a Great Blue. One of the last Dragons from the Time Before. Pere' Abe' knew this, and a few others guessed, but the secret was passed from Abbey leader to Abbey leader as the Great Lady aged little. Mira knew every book, scroll and tome that resided in the Abbey's and felt if one was moved or damaged in any way. the contents of the libraries had become her Hoard and she guarded it with testy impaitence for any that mistreated the books.
Mirage , though, had a fatal weakness. She had come to love, as only a Great Dragon, could a Mortal. She hid it , both from him and herself-as the Dragon knew it would only bring unbearable pain to watch him age and die. Yet love the old Warrior she did.
