We both did the "Adkins" type high protein diet for 1 1/2 years and ate fattening and gross foods!!! Fred went from 206 to 195 and I went from 145 to 137 and then we were STUCK!!!

I thought that I would gain weight from eating those foods, but I lost immediately. Fred is down to 180 and looks like my husband did when I married him!!!
