HUSKING PLANT

PROCESSING PLANT

Rice World has one of the finest, modern and sophisticated processing plant, confirming to the international standards of excellence in hygiene and quality. The plant is custom designed especially for long grain rice with a head rice capacity of 120 Metric tons per day. The mill comprises pre-cleaners, paddy separators, de stoners, thickness graders, normal and silky polishers, length graders, rotary shifters and color sorters.

PLANT POLISHING

The Stake Rice Polishing Machine Kb removes the adhering bran thereby significantly enhancing the quality of finished products. The Machine has achieved a high reputation in many countries for its high performance and for the innovations that have been incorporated over the past 20 years. This new version of KB machine is equipped with latest milling technology to gently mill the grains for higher taste and cooking values.

COLOUR SORTING

Satake corporation accomplishes new RMGS colour sorter, which as 1.6 times bigger than the RMGS 841. More capacity for secondary sorting is considered, it relaxes per channel throughput capacity and it improves product yield and purity at. The utmost level.

Features

The satake RMGS with its extremely high resolution of 0.14 mm enables an outstanding sorting performance. Each camera’s 280 mm of sorting width enabling the machine to detect and reject minutes defects with high accuracy.

SORTING CAPABILITY

The computerized control system of RMGS series make it flexible enough for multi commodity use. It can be efficiently used for various commodities like Rice , Lentil, pluses, sesame seeds with equally good efficiency.
