We arrived in the capital of Vientiane, and took a bus to the northern part of the country stopping first in Vang Vieng, and ultimately reached our destination in the north to Luang Prabang.
Travelling throughout Laos is difficult because the country lacks basic transportation infrastructure as evidenced by our busrides from hell, followed by long boat rides down the Mekong River to the Si Pho Don Islands in the south by the border of Cambodia.
