The following meal is called Laap, and it can be made with fish, chicken or meat. The meal to the right is fish laap, spicy fish soup, sticky rice, vegetable spring rolls with a special dipping sauce.
Just don't expect our attempts to come close to even resembling or tasting quite like those pictured here.
