From the wine region we drove to Wanaka where we relaxed and enjoyed the lake town scenery.
Next up Queenstown, the adventure capital of NewZealand. Just outside of the city is access to one of the most beautiful hikes in the country, the Routeburn . It was so amazing we had to include more pictures.
After a three day hike in the wilderness we got transported an hour south to kayak the Milford Sound.
Next stops for us were Kaikoura and Raikaia Gorge and finally Christchurch.
