A Dawson's Creek star is getting a little bored of life on the Creek. Michelle Williams, who plays Jen on the hit show, told TV Guide that life on a weekly series isn't all about glamour and fame. "I know I'm going to get in trouble for saying this, but I was 16 when I signed away six years of my life to be on the series," Williams said. "I've got three more years to go and it's monotonous. It's really gruelling work." Williams said that she's so bored with her job she's taken up knitting and poker to occupy her time when she's not in a scene. Williams went on to say that she doesn't see a way out of her contract and will probably be on "Dawson's Creek" until she's 22. But she did add that she's grateful for the opportunities that opened up when she started on Dawson's Creek. "I'm not knocking what it's done for me," she said. "It's given my career a huge boost so I guess I really can't curse it." Williams' latest non-Dawson acting venture is in HBO's "If These Walls Could Talk 2". She'll play a lesbian college student and has a love scene with Chloe Sevigny. It was my first love scene, ever. And I was so much more comfortable with a woman than I ever, ever would have been with a guy," she told TV Guide. "I wasn't worrying, 'How do I look?' and it made a really sort of pleasant time."
