Case of use of criminal new technic.
I want you to take up a problem of use of criminal technic
in Denmark and the european union.
for exampel you now can break into peoples home, and
brainwash them or torture them, by simulation technic
that is surperior to anything that is seen before.
it is dangerouse to take this new problem up. noone dares to
take about it, and start a debat about it. you risk being call
insane. and are not taken serious at all.
as this new technic will spread in society, it will become moore
and moore necessary to take this area up, and regulate it by
new laws.
you can say that for instans invasion of privacy already covers the subject to a certain extend.
only a few experts has taken the subject up. for instans bill joy,
director in SUN microsystem. he means that we will have to have
a new ethics. in my opinion on ly a whole new set of laws will
make it possible to control the misuse of new technic.
bill joy says that societies that forbid and regulates the new technics
will survive.
societies that allow the use of these new technics without any
bounderies risk of perishing.
the countries will have to regulate criminal technic sooner or
later. but it might be much later before they wake up. and
then maybe this new technic, that can be use criminal,
will have changed the whole society. and there is no
turning back.
