| Hours of Operation * Hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday * Hours are flexible and can accommodate to your schedule Tuition Fees *Ages 1 & up - Full time $25/day - Part time $30/day Payment * Payment is due one week in advance by the end of the week. * Late fees of $25 begin the following Monday morning * If payment is not received in full at that time your child may not attend until all monies are paid in full. * All payments are to be paid by personal check or cash. Sick Days * Per Health Department Regulations, your child may not attend and / or will be required to be picked up if any of the following symptoms appear: ~ Severe cold (deep cough, green nasal discharge, etc�) ~ Rash, other than diaper or prickly heat ~ Vomiting ~ Diarrhea ~ Severe sore throat with a fever ~ Pain in stomach with fever ~ Fever 100 degrees Fahrenheit or above ~ Pus or discharge from eyes or open sores. ~ Severe allergic reactions ~ Any suspected communicable disease. (Ex. Measles, head lice, etc�) * Child must be free of fever for at least 24 hours before returning to facility * Sick time can be earned for full time children only * Based on the current calendar year, a child will receive 1 sick day for each quarter allowing for 4 sick days a year. * If a child is sick and has no sick days, payment is still required. * If I choose to close that day due to sickness, you are not required to pay. Vacation * After 6 months, 1 week (5 days) is 50% off; after 1 year, 2 weeks (10 days) is 50% off. You cannot carry more than 2 weeks at a time. * If vacation time has not been earned, payment is still required * If I am taking vacation, you will be notified immediately. Payment is not required. You are responsible for making other plans for your child. Holidays * I will be closed on the following holidays: New Years Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Day * Payment is not required on these days. Withdrawal Policy Each new child starts on a 2-week trial basis for adjustment. At the end of the second week, the parent(s) or the provider can decide to terminate care without prior notice. After the trial period, a 2 week written notice is required if you choose to terminate childcare services. Furthermore, if I decide my home is not the right place for your child I will give you a 2-week notice in order to make other arrangements. Supplies You Provide: * Diapers * Bottles / Sippy Cups * Bibs * Breast milk and/or Formula * Baby Food * Wipes (If certain brand is preferred) * Powder and Diaper Rash Cream (If certain brand is preferred) * 2 Outfits to have on hand in case of accidents (All soiled clothing will be washed unless informed differently by parent/guardian) * Anything that you feel would soothe or make your child feel at home (pacifier, toys, blankets, rattles, etc.) ***PLEASE mark items with child's name. I Will Provide: * Blankets * Burp Cloths * Toys & Books * Nutritious Solid Foods: Breakfast / Lunch / Snack (Parents are welcome to provide own food) * Wipes * Powder and Diaper Rash Cream * A loving home environment! Please note that Policies and Procedures can change at any time. I am a very understanding person and know that sometimes circumstances happen that are unexpected and out of our control.
