| S5.3 Applies technology to increase productivity. Increasing productivity makes me think in regards to word processing and test performance. Using the power of the Internet in week two of Integrating Technology in the Classroom-part two, an Internet Workshop was created that would have the students better their skills in preparation for standardized testing. This is a valuable resource to increase test productivity and confidence. Technology has many resources for teachers and students alike to better their productivity. Using a tool such as an Internet Workshop brings these resources into the curriculum. Using resources from the Interent to increase student test taking skils fulfills S5.3. As with any new teaching tool there may be malfunctions. When this tool was used in the classroom the math question was the same each day. This Workshop will still be a useful tool but needs to be adjusted. |
