Why?
Richard Gregan and Barbara Godejohn tried to enter Christine's home illegally on February 9th. by trying the doors and windows before identifying themselves.
- Why didn't the Dept. of Agriculture officers agree to make an appointment to return at a mutually agreed upon time as they do in all other types of animal investigations?
- Why did the Dept. of Agriculture officers not comprehend it was an inappropriate time for a surprise home inspection when Christine answered the door that morning wearing only her bathrobe and having wet hair?
- Why did the DoA officers do a "drive by" one hour later and upon seeing her car still in the driveway ASSUME that she was still at home and "must have something to hide"?
- Why did they, at that time, decide it did not matter how Christine cooperated, they were "in the mode to get the search warrant"
- Why didn't they respond to the voice mail Christine left requesting a summary of their report?
- Why does no such report or any other records of the case prior to the seizure exist, despite THE LAW requiring ALL records to be saved
- Why didn't they make an appointment to return when Christine answered the door clutching her bathrobe closed and her wet hair wrapped in a towel as she asked them to?
- Why didn't they respond to the voice mail Christine left asking for a summary of their report?
- Why did they find it necessary to literally break into Christine's home without first knocking on the door and presenting the warrant?
- Who will pay for the damage to the exterior and interior of Christine's home made by state and local officials?
- Why didn't they allow Christine to adequately read the warrant?
- Why didn't they allow Christine to put each cat in a carrier and match up their medical records as she requested?
- Why did she have to ask to put on clothing before being thrown out of her home?
- Why was she threatened with handcuffs when all she was doing was cooperating?
- Why was her mother told she would be allowed in if she produced a drivers license but after she did it was copied and she wasn't allowed in?
- Why were her cats terrorized when they could have been handled with care by Christine?
- Why was this case treated with such force and violence when so much real animal abuse goes ignored?
- Why wasn't Christine given a list of what was removed from her home upon their leaving?
- Why didn't the investigation of the algid charge fit the circumstance?
- Why was the warrant executed with the force that is usually reserved for drug and weapons dealers?
- Why are single women living alone in isolated area, targeted in such a manner?
- Why did the local officials lie about entering through an open window if the breaking and entering justified?
- Why is Christine being smeared in the media by public officials with blatant lies?
- How can the cats be healthy when examined by Edward A. Dimmick, DVM on the afternoon of February 14th 2006, yet sick, and dying on February 15th 2006?

- A Torrington Police Officer Torrington Police Officer Doug Brennan
- 2 East Haven Animal Control Officers,
- One male and one female that refused to identify themselves
- 1 North Haven Animal Control Officer that refused to identify himself
- Other state or local officials some having departed before or while I was
approaching or remained in Christine's home
- Why didn't Officer Gregen, state and local officials that raided her home allow Christine Koczur to adequately read the warrant?
- Why didn't Officer Gregen, state and local officials that raided her home allow Christine Koczur to put each cat in a carrier and match up their medical records as she requested?
- Why did Christine Koczur have to ask the state and local officials to put on clothing before being thrown out of her home?
- Why did Officer Gregen threaten Christine Koczur with handcuffs when all she was doing was cooperating?
- Why was Christine Koczur's mother told by the official at the door she would be allowed in to Christine Koczur's home if she produced her driver's license but after it was produced it was copied and she was not allowed to enter?
- Why were Christine Koczur's cats terrorized by state and local officials when the cats could have been handled with care by Christine Koczur?
- Why was Christine Koczur's case treated with such force and violence when so much real animal abuse goes ignored?
- Why did Officer Gregen arrive at Christine Koczur's home with a fleet of animal control vans?
- Why wasn't Christine Koczur given a list of what was removed from her home upon the state and local officials leaving as Christine repeatedly requested?
- Why didn't the investigation of Christine Koczur fit the algid charge?
- Why did Officer Gregan give an incomplete warrant to Christine Koczur?
- Why was the warrant against Christine Koczur executed by Officer Gregan, state, and local officials with the force that is usually reserved for drug and weapons dealers?
- Why would a single women living alone in isolated area, be targeted in such a manner?
- Why did the officials lie about entering through an open window if the breaking and entering justified?
- Why is Officer Gregan smearing Christine Koczur in the media blatant lies?
- How can Christine Koczur's cats be healthy when examined by Edward A. Dimmick, DVM on the afternoon of February 14th 2006, yet sick, and dying on February 15th 2006 when seized by Officer Gregen?
