No silly! This started a few years back with the conversion of the back third of the garage to living space. (Can you even fit a Yugo in the garage now?) Mr. Ortega tells me this project will result in a "Party Room" and I'm thankful that this structure will only be 10 feet from my back deck. Maybe we could just attach our houses together so I can benefit from the 24 hour fiesta without having to watch jealously from my house.
