As usual, for the collectors amongst you, I have added new designs to the family of hellish design fairies. Meet Catherine and Rose! As ever all fairies are carefully made to order and delivered wrapped in tissue and enclosed in a calico bag. Each gorgeous girl is approx 20cm high and can stand on your mantelpiece or sit a top the tree. Standard toy filling used although the dolls are decorative items rather than toys.

| �Catherine�, the black or gothic fairy, is named after Catherine Morland, the heroine of Jane Austen�s only �gothic� novel, Northanger Abbey as well as my own sister, another dark haired beauty!
She has very dark brown and black hair with plaited dreadlocks included and wears a black linen dress over linen underskirt. Black buttons and beads complete the trims. |

| �Secondhand Rose� (right) follows the government�s recycling instructions! In fact all my fairies are dressed in vintage fabrics but Rose proudly proclaims her thrifty ways with a banner reading �Credit crunch Christmas 2008 Secondhand Rose..recycled fabrics.�.
She wears vintage French linen over white Victorian cotton. |
