Bonito Bel Canto
Vocal artists Marco Bonito (Bass I, Tenor II) and Susan Benner-Bonito (Soprano I and II) ) are now providing their singing and teaching talents to the New England area, having relocated from California to Massachusetts.

As an outstanding performer of opera and oratorio, Marco is available for solo work, ensemble reinforcement, drama coaching, and voice overs. He has performed over thirty operas and musicals and knows nearly twenty roles.  He has performed with Connecticut Opera, Eugene Opera, Scholar Opera, West Bay Opera, North Bay Opera, Oakland Opera, Juneau Lyric Opera, Music From Bear Valley Opera, Brahms Singers, Louis Magor Singers, McGilvary Chorale, Schola Cantorum, Mostly Madrigals, San Francisco City Chorus, None of the Above, Heritage Chorale, New Haven Chorale, Middletown Chorale, Worcester Chorus, Evergreen Symphony, and San Francisco Symphony.  He has toured Europe, China, and the Pacific Northwest, is recorded on two London/Decca CDs (including a Grammy winner), and is within the soundtrack of the movie

Susan is an accomplished soloist (saxophone and voice) and  is available for solo work, ensemble reinforcement, vocal pedagogy, and musicianship training. Susan also provides experiential education for youths through her "Adventures in Music" scholastics program.  Susan is the music director at
United Parish in Upton and faculty member at Indian Hill Music School and Saint Mark's School.   She is certified by the Kindermusik organization and the state of Massachusetts.  Both Susan and Marco have achieved levels 1 and 2 of the Estill Voice Training System.  Susan offers personalized individual vocal music instruction at our Mendon home and at her Upton church, and can provide ensemble and class voice also.  Susan is a highly-regarded member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) and an expert trainer of voicecraft. Both Marco and Susan have been long-time members of the American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA), a professional performer's union of singers and dancers.  Marco and Susan are also affiliated with Boston Singers Resource.
