Fazer denoting weather or time.	3rd person singular	Faz dois dias que estamos casados.	We've been married for two years.
Estar denoting weather.	3rd person singular	Está muito quente hoje.	It's very hot today.
Chover Nevar Garoar and other verbs denoting weather conditions.	3rd person singular	Choveu muito ontem. Nunca nevou em São Paulo. Estava garoando.	It rained a lot yesterday. It has never snowed in São Paulo. It was drizzling.
Notice that verbs denoting weather conditions and time such as fazer, estar, chover, nevar and garoar are only used in the 3rd person singular of all tenses. Besides, they don't have a subject, which is expressed in English by it.
