Ok, nothing in Switzerland is ugly. I just had to use it for the title.
The good, the scenery is just beautiful. We love Montreaux and the boys are so happy with their new bi-lingual school. Peter and I really are excited about them learning French so fast, they are already picking up a lot and answering me in French instead of English. It is so cute!! More good, the apartment is really nice, for an apartment. We have been watching some of the work and met some of the contractors and been able to choose some of the work being done. We have been doing non-stop decorating shopping and that would be a good for me and a bad for the rest of the group. Montreaux is really turning out to be a wonderful little city. This week is the start of the Nol Festival. There are little wood chalet all down our streets with vendors selling Christmas items and Swiss stuff. I can't wait.
The bad: WE ARE STILL LIVING IN A HOTEL!!!!! Can you tell I feel passionate about this? Milk comes in a box and sits on a shelf not in the cooler, this is very concerning to the boys. Although, I have found pasteurized milk. I don't like the boxes because they are hard to cut and everything spills out of them, and not into a glass. It costs 7usd for a small bottle of syrup! Did I mention WE ARE STILL IN A HOTEL???? It is really expensive here but I have found those bargains places.
