ice cube: develop the rush or tingle that it should cause (you can draw that out longer by using a light stroke on the back of your neck)

start an “ice-cube” then while pretty relaxed take a breath in, hold it just a moment til you can relax after having made the breath (try to stay loose) then start the rush from the ice-cube and release the breath. O.K. maybe you are confused on order there, start an ice-cube, get the tingle (energy) then take in the breath, pause until you are relaxed again, stroke your neck and release the breath (do not worry about how to release the breath, more like try to remain “psychically” = mentally, open *** try relaxing during this part.)

You may notice a different state (feeling) of how it feels when the tingle is diffused compared to when it is in its normal state around you, later you will be able to switch it off without going through the entire cube ritual, and maybe later you will just be able to go straight to signal and act through the “aura” without say, removing it – a little more on this paragraph, mostly wording, may be able to make you !!!!faster and/or stronger????

In a not so forceful way (you may even skip this visualization) imagine that energy flowing onto or building up within your receiver, try to keep the contact you make with them relaxed, not forceful, intimate (touching someone you trust, confident with someone you work closely with, calm without tightening or causing yourself stress through the strain or tightness you would use to drive your way through some of the tasks you may do normally, relaxed and open-minded

working with the “aura” ideas in parallel may allow you to develop a handle on the tingle/energy

who wrote this? if you can picture your head surrounded in field (naturally) then allow that tingle to be or mix with that field, you may be able to get closer to a signal by imagining it flowing away from your head, if it is tight around you, you can break its regular (near spherical) shape and allow it to weaken then flow it away, later you may be able to “send” a different type of signal through the space you have opened by allowing the energy to flow away.

allow rushes to flow from you – like build a rush and allow it to flow away perhaps directed by you onto/into someone else – when you direct this do it in a light and not too tense way

yoga: work out in a meditative way, do some easy or comfortable stretch, do some breathing and strength, take it easy. meditation: simple easy method, more direct to the state we are looking for, do not get mired in some belief system (rote prayer however, maybe,) repetition brings the state, maybe later try to feel space around you and others in that space (field?)

feel some warmth, say sunlight – I had a thing where you could feel lightly running tap water (lukewarm) and get the idea of something, not the cold shower shock here but, warm water running down your body, feel it moving and away, just go with me a little here

(because you may not be able to “hear” yourself)(lightly, you don't need to force here, they may tighten defensively) you may have a disk or tool and a method that will work for you for some time.

Relax, let it flow and maybe rather than over-controlling or tightening and spoiling the idea, give up some “control,” take it easy and lighten up, sometimes imagine you are thinking from your heart (physically even – your heart as say a power center, your good feelings, a less tedious and more whole body FEELING than your over-controlling head or belief that you are thinking through a third-eye) – to practice ping pong the tingle from you to partner while listening to the tune – remember to reload the song

There is certain music going around that may be able to get you up and running with a simple method. The music should cause your head and the back of your neck to tingle.

You need a local partner for this idea. Make a videotape of your partner sitting there quietly relaxed. While you listen to the song that makes you "tingle," try to relax and allow the feeling to flow away, but back toward the head of your partner on the video. Stroke the back of your neck to increase the tingling feeling.

Part of the deal here is that you must also refresh the music you are using to generate the mind state we are looking for. Do that the same way as above, but allow the flow back to the singer or the band in the music.

It may be a simultaneous two way flow, in other words you are both "sending" at the same time while the music plays. It may be more of a send-and-reply or ping-pong like arrangement, where you each take turns collecting a light tingle from a prompting in the music, then stroke the back of your neck and allowing it to flow back into the recording.

other than relaxing yourself physically like you may believe from some of this document, actually relax and be more carefree about this activity, I am sorry that you are perhaps trying too hard and investing too much of yourself in the idea, but when you know you are doing that, I will try to direct you to do only a simple or more direct physical exercise or component, worry less if you are (you are perhaps forcing too hard) - get the flow idea from this paragraph, maybe work on a meditation where you include, after some time, a physical object or another person and feel it/them (relax here) – feel the space around you or the air even, feel some warmth, say sunlight – I had a thing where you could feel lightly running tap water (lukewarm) and get the idea of something, not the cold shower shock here but, warm water running down your body, feel it moving and away, just go with me a little here

sci method: if you had to, I am calling it parallel, this (these) ideas and users, worked up like art or psychology – but maybe you would MRI, brain wave and use a bio-feedback machine (if it doesn't bother you) to train, O.K. so with a worker, a more sci based approach too

*** the push signals ARE more forced, like imaginary pushing from your torso/arms/body – one way to do this may be to imagine or work with the aura ideas until you can pulse it in and out – then to “push” imagine that energy flowing away from you like a wave comes into the beach, you can speed it up to faster than that or practice slower and learn to speed it up – but you are first familiar with the energy involved then you quickly flow out a column like a blast or beam to the target intensifying it when you make contact - after relaxing, imagine quickly building a softball sized force and like a line, smoothly but quickly allow it, push or control it slightly, to quickly flow over to the target's receiving place (head, heart, eye, ear, stomach, etc.- stomach seems less sensitive though)

WARNING – I smoke. With heart and breathing other than a light speed (I am a little buzzy minded anyway,) it makes me believe I will weaken and I usually do (breathing too shallow/weakly) – just keep it in mind if you smoke – elsewhere I criticize drugs, realize I am a smoker, the light speed and the fact that I already have function and smoke regularly, make it pleasant to smoke while I try and work, I feel moderate use or at least your regular use while learning – then add one extra (I meant coffee here – 4 hours though...) before a work period MAY even help – so my personal interest in lightening my smoking for long term reasons has dropped for a while, but I can't take ALL your coffee, smokes or I DON'T KNOW IF I SHOULD WEAKEN THIS MUCH, your dope...?

O.K. so hey I have to give credit again here, the bit before where I give under preparation should be looked at – if you can get anything at all from this document so far, look at that and see if it makes sense to you (wow, uhh...) - look go ahead and prepare receiving right now, see if that worked for you – so that little set came up from about 3 people, me mostly writing it here for you – all credit I have about seven to nine people total (and I HAVE done my share,) with maybe up to twenty people sort of showing off demos – here is the thing, what we have by now may get you function, but very weakly, someone should receive the finished version if you hadn't thought ahead and done that already (hey, beyond that, look how I write, YOU will have to have a well re-written prepped for sending copy made, say for your group, no point my apologizing – well, to my English teacher

“TRY” - by that I mean relax and do your best attempt, not force and bear down and try, but you are learning, to do a “signal” (for me it is words) from 1 to 5 times (LET US SAY 3 times) then relax a moment and attempt to continue signaling at more of a normal (like talking in your head or talking in your head to someone (the target/receiver)) level – keep talking/signaling for some minutes (2 or a few) – do this maybe daily

around your getting to this point I want to add a “do as I say not as I do” comment – around this exercise start cleaning yourself up a little - eat regularly, maybe lighten your smoking (even it out) and get a little exercise – walking – these are all for strength and stamina for you – LOOK, I don't care about your party lifestyle, if I am discouraging it or saying be more normal and boring that is your problem, I don't care if you want to drink daily – for this I think you may be messing up

********* Ice cube, allow rush to build on self. Relax, imagine stepping to the side from the “rush”/tingle, let it flow perhaps through your heart and collect like static upon the head of target. Relax while doing all this. Rather than stepping sideways, what I mean is letting go of, dropping, allowing the energy not to be around your head, and allow it to flow over the target's head. Relax and try not to overwork this idea, relax and just let it flow gently controlled by you – lay off not “force” here. Try this! After you read the entire document, hell get started already (Relaxing method, ice-cube, other easy ideas may strengthen you or allow you to move to another signal type – I have some personal ideas on TK, teaching and group/enabling coming up – but start with this!)

On the bridges and exercises – I feel there is still trouble moving from zero function to a working signal – let me emphasize the relaxing exercise and state of mind coupled with some signal tries (while relaxed) – I started with telling you to do 2 different bridges, follow me here I feel we/you may do better to feel it out by starting with one bridge and a similar exercise (one even – but maybe one similar set,) get used to that for a few months then add the second if you have to (second bridge and second set for example) – so what I am saying now is I can err by you building more slowly, do one til it comes easy, maybe keep going there maybe add some other separate

I have recently felt someone demonstrate their personal stamina and the I idea of WHILE REMAINING RELAXED led me to feel there was space for something in the nature of “while” - I feel conditioning is a strong mental method, so I am also thinking about it and before and after (and maybe after that) – in a “while” kind of way – notice I have some repeating exercises – here I am thinking more about bringing a signal on, while relaxing

C) when you have passed or broken your barrier, stay relaxed and try to imagine your targets head is being crushed or you are entering their brain (with a force of thought) say from their temple, it is like a pummeling blow or a strong push, crushing their brain – ignore any resistance, I really didn't even need to mention that, you don't even have to think about such

D) when you fail or feel your self fade, relax, (maybe break/pass your barrier again – you may not have to bother it may still be down enough) and go at the target again with a signal – crush again or whatever you use – a push or poke to the eye may be strong right now

E) an alternate second signal to use is a twitch – like you are whipping your first two fingers in the air, whipping them forward but smoothly, imagine you are touching the muscles of your targets temple with some force and without bearing down on it like you are pushing as above, whip it or quickly pull it back and forth – CARELESSLY, not like you are controlling every moment of motion but your force is there or reaches there and from memory of a twitch you have had you are flipping the muscles at their temple on and off

Do two sets of exercises every day. After you wake up in the morning, find a comfortable place and do a relaxing exercise. Immediately following the relaxing exercise, move into a “bridge” exercise of some type. You may want to try moving through the bridges in the order I've given, but instead think more about going with one from each group rather than the direct order given in the list. Choose the type of bridge that sounds good to you and work with one of that type. You can follow that with a few brief tries at whatever signal you have chosen to work with. Try to remain relaxed while you do the signal exercises. That's your first set.

Here is the second set. When you get home in the evening take a few minutes to calm down and relax. Flip channels and/or get comfortable. Then do a different bridge than you used in the morning, followed by a technique exercise. Follow with or substitute a signal attempt.

I suggest you choose to only work with two different bridges at a time. Give yourself at least a few months using whatever exercises you choose. Try to keep it simple at first. The idea here is that at first you are getting past the doubts you have and learning to get a feel for the practice. You are also learning the exercises in a more than reading-a-recipe way. Choose one from the groups you like the feel of or that sound like they fit your own understanding or ideas of the, pardon I will say, medium.
