If you want to try a signal after or right in the middle here go ahead, tickle yourself a little without the signal try first. I suggest a physical type signal if you are doing a quick and easy talk type – I am getting to it.
Also, this kind of exercise may work later as a trigger (starter/lead in), but rather than having to go through the physical motion, you can relax and just imagine the motion leading into a signal, after you do that feel free to stay calm and signal again, again – maybe have someone, a recv. Say “yes I felt a tingle or a pressure...” NOW get a feel for what you are doing. Here you may want to work with a very sensitive feeling over the shape or style or energy you believe/FEEL you are working with.
Also, go ahead and do it as many times per day as you want, I want to suggest you go easy and stay relaxed, to the point where if you are pushing yourself personality wise or getting obsessed (whatever I don’t really know what you are up to) you have decided how to deal with that problem on your own.
so I feel he was dropping a technique, one take is to use the negative of a balance (dance) or yoga (also criticism, yoga may be too tedious as you all practice it, go easy BUT you want to work out) exercise. for example lower your arm at a down angle, this is power going down, lessening, (if you lift your arm you are straining to hold it up.)
Some time back I'm thinking about brainstorming, I have heard the word threads – I see a couple, the tree thinking (this could get large – but far enough away is maybe far enough for then) and “thread” set target go straight at it let me dump? We could go quick and spin off like tree – target could be hazy, something “real” that will help with blank (problem?)
also insert: some actual heart or pulse physical idea – think about dumping the complex yoga “the tree,” do it if you want to as workout, but for this stick to easy and stretching was where I was going, you don’t need to strain your mind and/or your body, but if you do the yoga for physical health, use the easy fun things for this kind of work – time and the time type methods may work well, something like that, the repetitions – BUT do not fake it and get bogged down, if you are getting nowhere, quit for then and well, bugger off – relax really, try later – also the tick directly relates to the tic technique I have run into myself often enough, it may be better than a headache (repeatedly) and very clear as far as a signal, I mean it is distinct, lesser doubt – I am feeling something about time backwards here (as an exercise or group) – I have some pictures? of a torso “bridge” it is relaxed, close to the body, may use the arm(s) but kind of physically based – I have added tickle as another sense stim, but it lowered aura when I grouped the so I do not want to discourage aura – seemed popular (worked maybe) and a good all-around way to FEEL this kind of thing happen
So a little more, getting a picture of man in gray/blue flannel shirt – maybe coming from the deaf com – a no physical action method, a man standing? vertically, a solid dark gray parallelogram or trapezoid, so… while relaxed, mentally draw 3d pictures like you were drawing blueprints in your head or a working (real, physical, moving) mechanical model in your head, BUT REMAIN RELAXED, try easy/smooth yet fast transition into poke or twitch signal (will have more there) – if/when (after) you can draw something like a mill water wheel or an Archimedes screw, well and while relaxed
use a breathing technique (one in a meditative practice) – picture this a stamina move, for example rather than little pops you are going to hold an action (I will say) “open” meaning “on” (to me the field is clear your barriers down but holding that open for more than a second or so) SO this breathing and meditative exercise (this is how people will make this happen) can both help with stamina later and as you have practiced simply transition SMOOTHLY into a bridge that seems similar or not too far from what you are already doing - kind of while breathing/meditating/basic yoga(?) back to what I wrote down: breathing for/during duration (stamina) – smoke free? (occasional “parties”?) - breathe meditate as a bridge – mix -> or into some other exercise or bridge, a type that matches (?) action, then be able to speak or “ACT” through the practiced feel(ing) “zone” - go again into the idea like recursive, review, practice, alter to fit new gained “view” or understanding producing better idea of action and ability ----- rewrite that
SAVE THIS BLOCK for rewrite – w/ “ice-cube” count and pause while using the “rush”, during the rush and pause, relax and look calmly at target, try to remain in the “merely counting” state of mind, rewrite “shout” exercises to allow signal attempt during down times – include a relaxing method like meditation, w/ shout exercises – so user can try to get louder during the quiet times, the meditative state may work as transmissive - counting state of mind a little uptight (one to five, four, three?)
so on the opening idea I had a worker demonstrate the “aura/globe” exercises, it was a good demo, very visual, sort of doing two things at once, the action while a projected, let me say picture (demo – let me get to the deaf guy,) picture was (umm) thrown (CONVEYED) O.K., maybe I've seen you around, so if I'm narcing watch out – I am getting a lot of bad play myself
So I had maybe another guy (male but whatever, it has been mostly males) demo a LONG period of I will say he was showing opening, but let me mention kind of holding the same state, so mix those – don't burden with doing all at same time, maybe use both – O.K. this guy who could hold state – I am currently smoking cigs – I added the breathing stuff when I noticed people who didn't smoke had better physical endurance (old dope smoking rag about state-dependent learning – I don't know and I am not quitting yet) O.K., but he had good long time, I have some ideas...
let me say I want to mention how bad socially I am as a person (right now espec. Sort of) I am pretty trashed mentally (ILL) and haven't treated my body well for over a decade – so what I am getting at is I get occasional demos – some times I get ticked (hell literally) when someone barrels by and sort of what? (show and tell's, tic or headache, not pleasantly that they can do it too) O.K. so I get bothered – what I am writing though is not like I want to hijack and claim some of the things that others have shown – I've had four or five very clear, excellent demos (maybe 7) – I want to give credit and not get sort of jealous and try to twist what they are up to, NARCING so ?protect yourselves? - aura/globe demo (popular, strong to work with, maybe easy and kind of general), duration guy (stamina, teaching by opening your student to the state – let me add mixing those two) – I am still working to get you from zero to signal, headaches and twitches (several of both) – the easy (?) signals to learn (I will try to start in there – I call these both forceful/forward kind of pushing,) a “shouting” demo of a sound type – I feel it is emotional but going back to the duration type state idea you may flash some emotion occasionally but with repetition be louder (say to try and reach an unprepared listener, some (maybe 2) demos of picture/character signal – pretty relaxed, eyes closed/eyes open I am unsure, you may dream up false characters (recv.), a separate demo from I think a deaf man, I am sound type, It was vivid visual but language different (hinted at a “bridge” that I don't exactly remember or didn't realize/acknowledge clearly, I'm going with an arm movement, some touching yourself – you can add others, be focused (dum dum de dum) and some movement – a picture of motion or body or a part of the body in motion,) that's the best stuff I remember right now – I feel you can kind of put it together maybe write something from this section and put it together, I do get some credit, look Jews, yes I am nuts but I have seen some things farthest out may be time-travelers, I don't mean sent back currents I mean physical disappearing needle graffiti, once... the clouds were prob sent back tech, and I got stabbed to death I don't know, laugh if it was over stolen art, my body seems a little different some times, I talk in others voices and my dimensions change slightly, different body (? laugh) – umm the music loops and the idea of using loops and maybe groups for building even learning/teaching – if you haven't felt happy compared to sad, try me on this, I understand you may feel you want to own your own emotions, frankly advertising should scare you a little with this – buy what you need? (yank, I am crazy I have been messing up there, so weird preaching and a song...) also the emotions may seem simulated or those of another – I would like to get to it (the emotion state created – persuaded/forced even though weakly but then looped/multi-tracked (staggered) or fed into a group and the group mixed (out at least) to a recording – DONT EXPECT TO LEARN “SENDING” JUST BY USING THESE TAPES, JUST A MAYBE, MAYBE EVEN LIKE A “DRUG” (song?) – you may decide you don't like sexual undertones, bad maybe embarassing thoughts, tightening into weird freak out (for me sexually spastic, I don't want to apologize, many people are thinking weird right now) I feel clean enough can be cut – but I AM pushing the whole field (empathy – please don't overdo this and hurt people)
