O.K., so they showed a globe or aura, sort of pulsing or being expanded and then contracted. Due to my own situation, where I am word-audible, this brings up the following: do some ice OR STROKE, instead of doing the previous pressure idea, just allow the field/aura to dissipate as far as possible. An idea here is to try to RELAX WHILE the rush is fading and kind of feel it go away. "Halfway" as it fades you may want to try to contract it. It will probably die out. Try to relax. Repeat this. The reason I brought up word audible is that you may want to try thinking words while you are relaxed and feeling the flow go out (like you are saying them in your head - but perhaps toward someone.) So it would change my position as at least feeling special (desperate really) to directly present a method that bumped you to word-type. Whatever. So a learned stroke. Put this in proper place: you may be able to mix stroking with the ice or stimulus to build the stroke as adequate substitute. No more need for ice then. I do not know if neurotransmitters are involved, what I mean is you may be able to burn out this ability for a period of time. I don't know whether to force you to continue or to say lay off until it rebuilds. (This goes back to drug "free" - MODERATE - and maybe reasonable physical health to sort of up your endorphins.) So, play with that idea - you can talk through the rush - rather than trying to shout, try talking "cool" like you are relaxed and being "cool." That will sound stupid and it may be, you may be really kind of a secret geek or nerd or something, not to piss you off but I feel many people are actually kind of geeky/nerdy on some level. So go ahead and say in your head something you want to say, maybe funny, a little light-hearted, just easy and relaxed "Kowabunga" has a bit hard sound to it, something you think is cool "Money honey money honey..." I think that kind of sucks but the sound is O.K. so I am saying acting "cool" - really relaxing - say whatever you say for affirmative if you use pop slang - it will keep you relaxed rather then forcing something, it's cool enough for you.
about mindset - see how I mention a "cool" word, it just rolled out of your head and mouth. You have conditioned it - I am not insulting you here, I am probably worse than you. Don't take this too hard, but as my thinking has degraded, maybe through illness maybe through lack of use, I find I use more slang and get a weird boost out of trying to use big words - you have probably seen it or do it yourself (a teacher told me, though I ignored as much as possible, that good writing didn't have to use big words, simple and clear, O.K. whatever.) So, go ahead and say a cool thing you remember and try to see how you are thinking when you say that. I guess I am getting at EASY rather than forced. So on mindset, similar, rather than forcing into these actions like you are bending over a piece of paper on a desk, tightening up to scribble whatever, this is a LIKE idea. Look at it more like you are jotting your signature - though I say that MUCH TOO LIGHTLY. Doodling, rather than taking notes. What I mean again, is it is clear, it communicates something, but it is easy and relaxed. So the suggestion here is probably though it only comes to me now, to DEFINITELY do some kind of relaxing thing with this method. I am hoping that teaching yourself to relax and doing some sort of regular keeping it up, will allow you to use the relaxed feeling while you are doing certain exercises/actions. It may be as light as a good shower on your back every day. Enjoy the scenery if you have some.
I have become a complete airhead. I used to be a big day-dreamer, spending much of my time staring out windows, say while in class as a child. Now that I have developed the mental illness I live with daily, it seems the medicines that I have to take only leave me kind of stoned and out of it. I don't mean the drugs help, I mean that having spent over a decade on them has taught me under their influence to only use my brain in a spaced out kind of way. So, LISTEN, I don't mean use drugs, I mean meditate or relax (probably daily.) Just so you don't think I am pitching TM, choose something else if you want. I feel working out may even help with this - what I mean is that after or outside the actual activity, your body will feel better and more relaxed. If you are hyper intense about it (fitness enthusiast or body-building or like power lifting) do the working out any way you like but do some sort or relaxing technique separate from your physical. The "Harvard" book I mention is called "Relaxation Response" it may be suitable (a non-religious method.)
This seems like another paragraph but more on MY state of mind... I talked about type A people and type B people, maybe you have heard of this. A type A is intense and organized, a type B is more laid back and relaxed (seeming lazy even.) I consider myself a type B, but my mother (sorry if you find this funny) is a strong type A. She raised us, mostly, my father provided. What I mean is I am a type B with a strong influence from a type A. So I'm an uptight type B. Boiled down, type A people should use a relaxation method with this technique, type B people may want to try to do these exercises in a quite organized manner. So here you say, well what you've written is crap, there is no organization to any of it. What I say back is, you have to put this method in words that seem consistent and make some sort of sense at least to each other. I mean the rewrite, though it should be written in a simple, easy and clear way, should
make sense as a whole. You may have some trouble accepting the reality of this idea, but together the method needs to be consistent - pardon if I write poorly. So on the type B again, they need to read through and choose the exercises they like, or are most recommended, and work them in a organized and responsible way. (Responsible = doing your chosen set earnestly and probably daily.)
So I said I'm now spacey - turn on Discovery channel or a nature show and don't flip. When I mentioned the comment about doodling versus getting all intense - when you do an exercise, look at it that way. Don't bear down too hard, just try to do the exercise clearly and confidently yet relaxed. The thing I believe here is that through repetition you will learn the exercises so that they come easily. You won't have to think too hard to do them. Don't dwell on every moment and every little thing bothering you. If you mess up (skip a step or forget to do something,) don't worry about it, just say good enough and quit for the day. I say quit, because unless you already have technique, your little worry will interfere with the exercise if you bother to repeat - you will only wind yourself up. But this is about doing it your way, if you FEEL you should repeat go ahead - YOU DON'T HAVE TO. Tomorrow is fine.>

My feeling was that the TK was a through the brain activity - sort of like a line coming out from right between your eyes (up just a little - I'm not pushing the head chakra here, I feel a little lower than those dots you see Indians wearing.) Sort of a forceful act, but let me finish that - pretty strongly directed, a real control thing, which since I'm biological-on I don't deal with too much.
On a believed witnessing of this I felt it was a very strong, in telepathy at least very forceful, CLEAR being the word I'm looking for, act. Where I have said things like working with a globe, picture the object within the field. I am unsure of how to make the leap but I suggest an exercise where using a pendulum you do relaxing and "imagine you are swinging the pendulum" exercises repeatedly, perhaps alternately. Try increasing the time which you can keep a CLEAR CHANNEL open. Relaxing and moving it MAYBE after or in addition to some basic field (what I have previously called "globe" for example) exercise.
On the TK, this may be a limitation or a real belief ("I can't do this - nobody can, it's impossible.") problem. I will offer you something strange here that you should try. Clouds are huge. They are pretty damn gigantic if you study it - but they are light. Also, for those of us not tied directly to working with the planet (like farmers or sailors, this is an idea of mine let me get to it later,) we imagine them as fluffy and ethereal - this belief may be something that will allow you to ignore some knowledge or reality of the atmosphere. So relax and imagine them as cottony fluffy clouds. Despite your doubts, on a pleasant but lightly cloudy day you may want to take some time outside, perhaps sitting down relaxing maybe eating lunch, and smoothly try to push parts of the clouds around You don't need to "push" really hard and you don't need to think of them as any bigger than they look to your naked eye. Though, RELAX, and just sort of push the appendages or parts of the cloud that stick out around. Try that.
I don't want to take "clear channel" for granted, but let me explain. My medicines and my health, both mental and physical have left me very fuzzy headed - but, I claim (whether it's worthless or not) to be naturally proficient. I am trying to pay attention, my memory and some of my link-thinking or results are faulty. So, you will FEEL a clear channel when you have one. It will seem like a powerful thought. It will seem a little energized. Not like covered in static but we may talk about this, more like some kind of energy, moving but you may not notice (this is a theory really, the moving bit) - picture the water from the bathtub spout running on your hand. It may seem luke warm - comfortable, a warm but natural temperature that almost tickles. A little shocking, you will probably recoil at first, but not exactly uninviting. When I say field, though barely anyone (that I can tell) extremely conscious within the "field" - BUT some type of life to it (maybe within it.)
Here let me suggest a machine the rewards success of type of thinking with points that can be exchanged for reward, portable if possible. As comfortable as works well, too.

On the "remote viewing" thing, since I believe a little in precognition, have you had your stomach sink before getting hit by a thrown ball. Have you ever had a quick stomach sink then feel you needed to cover your head while driving, just before you nearly touched the driver in front of you? That's the precognition I feel many people have to work with. Slower than a bullet, but maybe faster than a knock in the head. A group of you toss a hacky-sack around like duck, duck, goose, for a set number of throws, two behind the user where he/she can't see them, then toss it at their back. Rewards may be given for the best said "Stop" time, even working toward correct with reward level. The weakness skeptics would claim is sensory or poor planning. They don't admit it but telepathy is a weakness here (please consider my situation.) The pokes and twitches are why I believe in the TK. If you are interested in these two (TK and Precognition) maybe you should write your own explanation.
So, break aura, (no force forward,) relax over a long period, guess. That's MY general idea - whatever. This will sound kind of weird, but to include reward (you may first strip the participant of luxuries) then reward with items for BOTH honest attempts or even just being there. It is a conditioning idea where you don't force forward necessarily. If you do research you may dispute this. I mean, you want them to only move forward so you put them in forward "mode." I have this idea that "clean" living may be encouraged, possibly at least as a fall back that will do away with worry about some difficult issues. The current situation bothers me here, but I may not think exactly like you do - perhaps I left myself out of many things. Light drinking - maybe one good drink. I want to bring up social behavior because I feel it may reinforce the questions of "who." It may give you a feel for people and the moves they will make - I also feel studying alone may be self-destructive (socially - leave that for later, you may want reinforcement earlier.) I bring up the "proper" acting, both because I seem ill and it nags me, and because INTELLIGENT behavior will ride within (hopefully) the social behavior of the masses, perhaps even at an alternate time. When I say wall-flower, I mean you may want to emphasize listening over blabbing out blindly, like I often do. So what I am picturing is this relaxed state within the field where like listening (this I will have to go over) you get used to guessing sort of guided.
Some ideas, since I bring up listening would include listening to music, listen through THEN allow it to come up later (if you liked it) in what you listen to - jazzy solos may be fun. O.K., I don't know whether to break with that listen to it first bit, but you may like an artist or genre - I have no musical background, and things may kind of go in patterns that you may be familiar enough with to allow you to kind of feel it going along. WHAT I'm TRYING to get at is that you may need to make a decision and I would like you to be able to weigh your guess. With the reward idea, you may build some exercises where you do - though cards may be rough - timing exercises and identifying the item exercises. These may be O.K. practice, a normal deck will do. Live your days repetitively then start guessing the time, then try filling a sink and working toward how many counts it takes to empty. I have used knowing when the green light will turn.
This is getting loose, look this is tough for me. I brought up the questions, so you could mix exercises into who, what (want it, win it, reward anyway - honest guess), where (hot-cold, find it within time, after relaxing,) what maybe (guess that's what, but after defined what - which/where, building points) is perhaps set searched or binary in nature, probably high. A strong amount of relaxing teaching. I'm getting very loose now, O.K., include physical exercise, fun wouldn't hurt - ball, some sort of physical exercise to relax your body. Force yourself to walk the staircase at least, you can walk up and down one step if you like, walk the park if you want, or around whatever - look at something, relax. This HYPER-relaxing will hurt your physical health, I would like to come up with exercise you can do and have fun. Rotate volleyball. Volley tennis.
O.K. so I want to explain what I mean by the previous (only if you are following - I have to say I am a little embarrassed by some things I have written, but at this point this is still my personal web site - while I keep writing and editing - it is my belief that if you are working this, you went with a completed version that was sent back, so see what I mean I have some writing and personal shit to clean up.) O.K., so I was thinking about the yoga (and the current craze of it) and relaxation and kind of thinking about breathing during both those activities and also thinking about the Om mantra thing - fill, I may have heard some people passing by using or trying to use a speaking while sending kind of idea, so put that all together... I came to the (guess) that the "mm" was a way to close the sound when you (get this, HONESTLY) felt or realized that you were pushing too hard - a comfortable easy close. On the breathing, both due to knowing breathing is used in meditation and say yoga, probably like meditation, I felt that you could use breathing as sort of a trigger to enable some of your telepathic efforts. What I mean is, if you realize that you breathe a certain way while talking normally, and with some exercise I can copy the "motion" of your mind while talking but mix it with a telepathic "event" - you may be able to use talking style breathing which you do anyway easily as a hopefully reliable trigger. So when I say I have seen people talking while sending (I do not know if I can hear you better, being pompous and not, I don't know for sure - I don't normally hear thoughts, I may "hear" (smell, feel) when certain people project) So I mean if I can link talking-breathing to your best telepathic effort (signal type) we/I/you may be able to make it proceed more easily, it is burned into your brain strongly - you talk a lot anyway, the language brain mixed with this idea - that's my current idea.
On the "take back" I told you I am still writing - the best thing for you would be to use the sent material (if you can trust it, best way your own, even a confirm password) to build your system. I also hope someone better funded may have tried some biofeedback or monitoring to get some more specific ideas. I don't feel weak or useless here, I hit strong with the ice cube and some of the multi-person stuff (leaning toward the globe - though it doesn't have to EVER have a perfect sphere shape - when you work with it you may push out in like a line, you can imagine like an amoeba or whatever shape you tell yourself in the long run - the "globe" though I start with the volume surrounding my head (where from) may be too strict a shape to burden you with - I plan to transition those paragraphs to "aura." Send first or relax we will take a while, I am putting up roughs to get something out there mostly in case I have some trouble - though things are dull and that seems dramatic.
So this is a mess right now, somebody would really have to follow my thinking to see what I am saying - on this editor I can only see one screen text at a time, I have been having trouble working in libraries (noise really) but here at home and with my illness I am fractured and distracted. Also see I have never put together any larger documents, so bear with me as I sort this out. I am up to days of the week and I want to talk about traffic jams and not to make it any worse on yourself by trying to meditate while driving.
