This energy may seem to weaken as it moves away from your head, but it is still there. If you are sending out a pulse, it grows out in a globe or circle and while you remain relaxed and "in contact" with it you can imagine it going out hundreds of yards or whatever. You should imagine it moving at a comfortable pace for you, don't rush the idea though, try and feel it if only for a couple of feet. At first hope for inches. Grow out the globe or aura and drop it when you feel like it. You can try to build distance or strength. Realize strength here may come through confidence and control rather than strain.
Consider allowing it to flow away in front of you like you can see it. It flows calmly away from your head, out through your eyes or even from your heart or entire body. A pulse or wave. You don't need to push it as it goes, more like keep a light awareness of it like you can see it pulsing away. Allow it to flow smoothly away. Stay relaxed and allow it to flow from you without straining to push or force it along. Try to keep feel or awareness of it as it moves.
Realize or believe me that at least at first the energy moves at its own rate like a wave coming into shore. Try to feel it as you think of it moving out in a globe or circle. You should imagine it moving at a comfortable pace but try to feel it a little so that you can match up with it. If you try to say push it out in a globe or circle, it may feel like "yeah I have got something" when you are in sync with it or "I passed it or it flowed past" when you are not quite on it. Even though you are riding the thought "wave" of your own choice, you feel you are causing it, controlling it, it may at first want to move at its own rate. The real picture may be that is a like a solid volume globe that dissipates and the wave is your awareness or idea of where your thought-force is in that space. Where you are thinking about is where your awareness is.
By imagining it in front of you, you can imagine you can see it moving though honestly it will be invisible. Doing it in front of you may allow you to have it wash over or onto another person you can see, live or in a recording, who I call your "receiver." It is like a wave not a blast of energy, it flows at least at first at its own rate and you simply keep awareness of the pulse you have started with the rush idea so that the increased energy there will be noticeable by your receiver. It will feel like a passing tingle on the back of their neck or some part of their head or to some sense organ. Like a light touch or gust of air. Sorry for the title, you are varying the aura, trying to get handle on it, use your hands when you want to.
again with the aura/"globe" - break it open. Try releasing it, letting it flow, I feel you can merely touch it then destroy it - around yourself, perhaps more easily around someone else. Because I use a break, I may only be getting very brief periods of open "aura." My theory here is that time is usable as a dimension within this general field. So for everything you may be able to look and act through time (from my experience with "sending"/telepathy.) The question of whether looking forward hinges upon you view of forward may not even matter. I am suggesting, "being a ghost" or some frankly wall-flower like (listening is what I'm going for) ways of thinking. If you prefer to think of it as sneaking around, that may be O.K.
NOTE: When you "imagine" auras or many of these things, try to FEEL them there like static. Imagine it there visually though invisible and at the same time imagine it feeling like it is made of the same energy as the rush or tingle. Relax. Just when you think of it, it is there made of that energy. RATHER than picturing these waves and actions, try to feel them in the space you can see visually. Feel the wave go out.
