Flow music shortcut, so far...

Another idea you can use during the actual sending act is to be half involved in receiving the energy and half allowing it to flow back. Try to let the energy flow back during the flow passage. Relax yet keep some control. Immediately as you feel the energy begin to charge you, relax and try to feel it flowing forward through your head toward, into or on to the head of your target. Some work with your aura, opening yourself and a target, and pushing or empathy should help with this.

Relaxing and staying fairly relaxed is an important idea for much of this practice. That said, I do not need to suggest you become some sort of vegetable to do this. I mean you need to stay fairly calm when performing these acts. You may find that the energy creates a bizarre rush in your head. I believe that a regular practice of some sort of meditation or prayer will help you develop the calm yet focused mindset best suited to this work. Do not get too hung up on staying dead calm when working with this energy, the rush may excite or disturb you. Try at least to maintain enough control, though relaxed control, to aim or direct the energy you may be able to send directly or in reply. By practicing some sort of relaxing technique you may find you are able to work with the energy more easily or for longer periods of time. At first, I believe you will only be able to reply in brief blips or for relatively short pops of energy. Practicing ideas like "opening" should allow you to cause flow for longer periods of time and upon some self-examination of what you think is happening, perhaps allow you to develop your own views of the process. I take no blame if you can word things better than I do. Maybe I have been too wordy or used the wrong wording in a lot of places. I hope you can get the specific meaning of what I am trying to say. Go over it in English if you want to.

As I mentioned in the last version of this shortcut, do not loop the flow passages continuously. It may have been a sincere attempt, but they should perhaps be cut into working lengths and inserted every couple or few minutes of such a length as to allow recognition and use of each passage. Some may seem louder, but it is not exactly volume of sound as it is clarity or amount of sending layered together. I believe it is sort of a back-and-forth sending and reply sending arrangement that will create the best energy for working this way. You should see the need for more than one person and giving each other time in the recording to reply. Bouncing this energy back and forth may lead to some ideas where both of you relax on the same track with other tracks of each alone. You may have to experiment with more than than one partner and the multi-tracking equipment to achieve the best results you will need to work with the energy. Two people may be plenty, but accept that the source may respond to feeding back some good effort on your part(s) in order to have a more abundant supply of the energy. This may sound bizarre, but if you listen to a piece of this music and feel you have put in or replied with great enough ability, consider throwing away at least half of the active part. They may have had sense or ability to reserve some in the first place, but you may be able to strengthen what you have use of by putting some in to the mix and leaving it alone. They are likely going to repeat parts of the "flows" they have, so if you have enough to work with, think about letting them farm some off you. You may respond better to the energy caused by another individual. Notice elsewhere I have said you may not be able to hear yourself and you open the other person. Realize you may be working with someone else's energy and they may get amped by you, so figure that out a little. For the record, I am not a musician trying to recruit you to do my dirty work for me. Just a comment here, dry tracks of the senders may be best, digital has worked well for me.

After you have gained the ability to hear the music at all, have it charge you then signal with it, you may want to examine yourself and what you think is going on while you do this. Try to feel what you are doing and as much as you can feel what the other people in the music are doing as well. If you can develop feeling for what they are doing you may be able to open someone in a raw track without the need for stimulus at the same time or right before. This opening idea I talk about works both with you and the people, though at first probably one at a time, in the tracks you are using as source. When you open someone to, like, space, they feel a rush of energy from their surroundings which they tend to emit, probably creating the energy we are working with in the first place. In the first place, may get a little muddled as you get more involved in this process.

You may be able to do some things with head-tingling "flow" music. First, you may be able to hear it at all, and let it charge you up so that your head feels energized with a static-like aura. Then you may be able to let it fade by the passage ending or by "dropping" it by changing the focus of your attention. Do this by using a thought like closing your eyes, looking away quickly or changing the subject.

Perhaps the most important thing you may be able to do is use the flow music to cause a signal. You should have a known target in mind before you start. Right after you have been exposed to some flow music you will drop it or let it fade. Either as the flow comes on and you are already practiced with the maneuver or more easily perhaps as the aura begins to fade, clear you mind but keep a clear state of focus or attention. While focused yet relaxed, think of your mind and the aura opening quickly yet smoothly. As you "open," allow the energy to flow over or jump directly and collect in or on the head of your target.

Let me go into this a little. As the energy comes down, relax a little and push lightly from your head or chest over to the head of a relaxed target. "Push" by or like clenching up your body only slightly then relaxing as you release the energy straight into them. You should be able to see them or know at least roughly where they are. Charge up, tighten slightly, relax while opening, then "push" or allow flow lightly, quickly and smoothly.

After you have learned how to signal for very brief "blips" this way you may wish to move to something a little more advanced. Like you, your target is encased in an aura. When you get used to signaling this way, try to "see" or really feel the aura surrounding your target. Then try to open them similar to the way you open yourself. To open them, first find them in sort of a seeing/feeling way then quickly and smoothly grab their aura by moving your focus over to it with a slight push. Immediately, cut their aura, rip it open, open it smoothly like a flower or dissolve or vanish it away. Try to hold the target's aura open as long as you can. Energy from their surroundings may flow into them, charging them more strongly than your brief blip-like signals. This energy may then be used to create more "flow music" from the recording the sender viewed of the now open target.

Keep relaxing, now here is one of my personal weaknesses, and try to maintain the connection while allowing the energy to sort of keep flowing. They should at least feel a lighter tingle than you may have felt from the music. An important technique you should develop as well would be keeping your connection open for as long as you can or need to. When you are able to charge a target, you may notice that they are open or openable. like the charge faded on you (the "sender") it will fade on them as well. You may notice though that if for whatever reason, you drop or lose the connection you may still be able to sort of feel the aura now surrounding them. It is very possible that you may then be able to remove (slice, tear, dissolve or over charge) the target's aura. To do this you sort of feel their aura with your mind, after you have experienced it in yourself, like you can see it. To slice, imagine a blade of force cutting away and above their head, slicing through the wispy yet static-like (though quite strong) energy of the aura. What you are trying to do here is remove or at least open the target's now "visible" natural aura. You are trying to open them to space or to "the universe," to a colder clear feeling like the cobwebs are torn away and they are exposed to a clear slightly cool night sky. You must try to feel these things happening rather than just imagining them as pictures.

So... it may be a combination of opening and pushing that will give you the result you want. My personal difficulty holding the target open smoothly leads to a style where the target receives "pops" or "flash-like" signals rather than a smooth and continuous flow. I believe I have crossed paths with other workers who hold steady better than I do. Steady may be a good technique for teaching others as I have tried to mention elsewhere in this document. (My audible ability, however, leads me to a different style entirely which I would like to write about later.) Also, noticing the work of another, hell feeling anyone else, led me to believe that people can work in tandem or groups, as I seemed to be able to inject more energy to the target and open to open them further for a stronger yet less long-lived signal while the other worker was holding them open for duration. Some ideas to mention, though you should decide as best you can what to keep and what hot, would include for example ice-cube, aura work, opening and pushing.

1.) Certain music may make your head tingle. Charge yourself using it then IMMEDIATELY or during, I will get to after, relax and allow it to flow (usually forward) back to a person situated in the sound field (usually in the background.) Allow it to flow to them, their head, right into/onto them. It may feel like you have to lose some self, some ego or pride, SHARE (give up some, give away some energy, to keep supply up.) Try to relax your control.

Let me TRY to write this in English. If you can get ahold of some head tingling "flow" music, try this. Get a looper or digital delay (easiest done on computer, probably.) Cut out the tingling section and play that loop on yourself or your group. It may work as well to build a "song" containing the extracted tingle loop. Multi tracked in the "song" you may want to have a "group" of people relaxing on microphone perhaps in a specified position in the sound-field, dead center? They may be wearing headphones and attempting to relay the signal, hey even back into the GROUP (you MAY have trouble hearing/receiving yourself) in the same song. They should try to relax and release the feeling from their head to their heart smoothly onto/into the head of the receiver in the sound field. Think about not listening to the same part of the song as you are being played in. Relax and ride your delivery all the way out. Try not to weaken or destroy the "loop" by not feeding back to that user/practitioner. It may get stronger with more successful people using the piece. Hell, load a copy to your computer and put on one ears worth of headphones. Yeah, it's monovision. Someone could run a song with one channel delayed. Probably it will work with the idea of time moving forward anyway, don't worry about it, good try. Also, your endorphins may get burned out from over-use, when you can't "get it up," don't bother trying, put it away for a day or two. If you don't "WANT" to be kind to your source, go ahead, just try to pulse it back by relaxing and allowing it to flow out as you come down (right as you begin to peak, as it comes on, begin to relax and let it flow out like a feeling toward someone) without going to the headphone trouble. Generating from scratch feels much the same way, but you use your self and some tickle you have stroked up as the source. Try and combine some of the opening ideas with delivery of the sensation (this is more about how to generate a signal raw from scratch.)

a.) imitate the flow feeling without using the music
b.) open yourself, open them,... open them further
these 2 directions may later converge, relax.

4.) LOUDER: (both)
a.) practice opening, first only yourself (for awhile,) later a receiver
b.) switch signal from push (or opening - both) to talking ---- SOME REPETITION IDEAS, SOME CONDITIONING IDEAS (Like a silent blessing before meals and points to get a reward you WANT - trying for not always food, you will have earned it, DIMES...)

I want pushers to use talking not yet headaches. The downer here is if you are a type-A, say intellectual mind, I want you to go toward air headed for this practice. Say some slang or cool words and burn them in quite a lot, a child's way of thinking/feeling.) Also pusher will practice opening self. So, maybe you will OPEN then talk in your head toward someone, lighthearted, lose some ego. Pause for a self-reward. Do enough opening that you can slide right in to talking without opening. Drop your barrier, talk cool or keep talking a bit - it may have the character of mumbling continuously, err, sorry about that.

Field people: go with flow (music,) practice opening. You will notice barrier reforms immediately, but you can open it just as easily or even easier. Try to open them MORE and as you feel it reform rip it open or slice it upward and away with and imaginary sharp thing of force. Open them to the sky. Open yourself alone for a period of time. Then them just as often (whenever you want.) Do flow music.

OK let me add some more (work for you the reader/writer...) To increase loudness here are some other ideas. I have mentioned switching over to other signals than you did most of your starting up with... here is what I mean. Skip bothering with an opening or starting with a relaxing method and go straight into any exercise/signal/half-exercise that you think seems to make sense in bothering with. But, please switch from say aura work to talking in your head - a different signal. The way I worded this in notes was to say - poking around for loudness, do something different but you are free to choose what and how (try to make sense to yourself.) So choose the ideas that seem strongest or easiest (most simple yet consistent with ?your rewrite? Of the method.)

I needed to say that the previous LOUDNESS ideas needed to be filled in some more - like I have said "do ice cube" I maybe should have said, do aura work... with ice cube exercise... with opening ideas... etc. So you need to fill in what makes sense with all of the above. Just (at least) match things as similar and if you are choosing a lean set, write them so they will cover the NEEDED areas. FILL IT IN NOW.

Other things I need to bring up are teaching: I have the idea of opening someone else (student) while they attempt to feel themselves or do a signal or exercise. Far out, they may also say try to open themselves or do it more as you are opening them. Both.

Defenses need to be mentioned - I believe though, natural defenses exist...

CREDITS now stand at about 10 men, I need to ooze... I had lead, but one or two of them at least may have better technique. And I guess I mentioned my insanity, well yeah, everything that implies.
