Relaying Outline - additional comments.

Charge. Stroke. Give.

  1. Charge.
    1. Relax (mind not just body.)
    2. Contact?
    3. Accept the energy.
    4. ALLOW it to build (rather than squashing it or dodging it.)
  2. Stroke.
    1. Build it by relaxing and stroking the back of your neck lightly.
    2. Don't crush it (squash or dodge it.)
    3. If you are getting it too weakly, quit for a few minutes (Learning? Quit for more time than you would believe. Do something else for a few minutes.)
    4. It will fade quickly... practice doing the next step before it fades too much (or the next step after - BOTH, but first practice as it fades.)
    5. Right after it fades, take a look/feel around... you should then be "open.")
  3. "Give."
    1. Relax some more as you make good contact this time (BUT knowing the general location of the target(s) is usually good enough, also while you are trying to "send" you may have some difficulty noticing the target at the same time - just know roughly where they are and keep sending.)
    2. "Send" it right to them w/ a feeling like giving (look it is only a technique, but there may be some action like emotional action - as far as earnest or honest giving, I feel it will just make the transfer easier at first, relax. Being partners may not kill you.)
    3. You usually send things kind of to the target's head.
    4. A bit of opening is naturally involved, and after or when you break for a moment you may notice that you are "open."
    5. You may be able to FEEL the open state and perhaps notice the target or others within the field.
    6. The target may cause signal or light feedback that you can notice or even record on another track to be used as extra flow - MAYBE used as more flow, not sure about 2 things at once.
    7. Flow may work best with someone else. In other words you can't as loudly signal yourself (if at all) and should perhaps write down the initials or calls of who was involved so it can be used more strongly by others. In other words, don't try and work with your own flow it will probably just get weaker.

Some flow exercise ideas to get you started

First, you are probably dissing my exercise ideas overall. I feel maybe you should shut up and try to see where I am coming from and how some of this came about. That bad mood comment made, go ahead and do what you like. I believe a little practice won't hurt you.

  1. Collect and stroke (nothing else.) Get as high as you can by relaxing your body and your mind while stroking, repeat.
  2. For duration prolong it as long as you can. Keep stroking when you have to, lightly. It will probably kind of pulse - fine, don't worry about it. Here, as long as you can go.
  3. Wave it up and down. Let it drop a little, don't try to crush it, just let it drop slightly then try to strike it up again. Keep going even though it pulses like I said before. Here we are not so much going for time as we are trying to resurrect charge after the dropping action.
  4. Turn off the music and keep stroking.
  5. Turn off the music after you have built high then START to crush it, then try to strike it up again. Wait a few minutes then repeat.
  6. TANDEM exercise. Pass it back and forth with a partner near you (in the same room.) When partner begins to energize, starter lets it fade (drop,) waits a minute while the other strokes it up a little, then gets it back again and begins stroking. Feel free to say out loud when you are energizing.
  7. Similar tandem exercise w/ partner on a good recording, maybe supplying flow that way. Take turns where the partner on the recording can say out loud when something is happening. (Some practicing won't hurt.)

Push/Pull "Away/Toward"

maybe start w/ opening self or like in/out do self opening (aura exercise) in an in/out way then work with a target or do it planar in a larger way. SO, away/toward or in/out first circular (sphere) smaller and self then maybe larger and planar toward, even passing through and beyond, a target (may cause a signal as it washes over) - as big planes, rectangles, discs of energy/aura or even force (don't worry much it will be a plane - hah, like a comic book hero.) The traversed space will be more open (stirred up.)
