More... I have a "new" idea about amping, really I hope only to open discussion and run some trials, so: Amping by multi track. You need more than one person for this. You also need a signal track and some equipment (recorder, headphones, mic.) Slightly stagger the weaker track (now tracks) in a multi track, perhaps volume perhaps time(!) While recording to a separate track, play that mix back through your headphones while you apply some technique like signalling/stroking (now "giving," good short word, off of a music group). Then to another worker, acting as judge and next track(s), playback the first workers output and have the new person give it a grade (A,B,C,D,F.) Then collect the slightly stronger tracks you have made and remix again. Probably repeat all or some of this for a bit. At least bounce back and forth, mixing as you wish, through two or more workers. Remember to try ping-ponging as well as parallel work. Both and you may be a better worker.

And more... About the ping-pong idea I picture this. Using some sound program or tapes or sampler even, you cut the section of flow music into a short sample then play it when you are ready you can edit some listener(s) after it like this: flow sample, copy one of response sample, copy two of response sample... (By dot dot I mean flow, response 1, response 1, response 2, response 2, response 3, response 3...) Then as and after the flow sample plays, relax and stroke your neck. Then stop (I am hedging over whether you actually stop tape,) listen to your response played after and relax and stroke again. This may only go on for two minutes or so. Session over. Reward yourself and come back later. Also a small group or carrying a few tracks may be good. As this would work for amping, you choose the best power responses to use as later seed for work or making more signal. Honestly on the credit here someone forwarded the word "cascade" but with that I pictured something that would expand in the number of users, possibly at the same time. So you feel free to maybe think about that in an expanding way, I feel I now have a potential (other) use for a program I own (loop arranger - now (Sony) Acid.) So as mentioned maybe grow this out a little...?

Some work with your aura, opening yourself and a target, and pushing or empathy should help with this. Still to do: more on opening and some ideas about speed, strength and reliability, also maybe some use of triggers. Umm?

Relaxing and staying fairly relaxed is an important idea for much of this practice. That said, I do not need to suggest you become some sort of vegetable to do this. I mean you need to stay fairly calm when performing these acts. You may find that the energy creates a bizarre rush in your head. I believe that a regular practice of some sort of meditation or prayer will help you develop the calm yet focused mind set best suited to this work. Do not get too hung up on staying dead calm when working with this energy, the rush may excite or disturb you. Try at least to maintain enough control, though relaxed control, to aim or direct the energy you may be able to send directly or in reply. By practicing some sort of relaxing technique you may find you are able to work with the energy more easily or for longer periods of time. At first, I believe you will only be able to reply in brief blips or for relatively short "pops" of energy. Practicing ideas like "opening" should allow you to cause flow for longer periods of time and upon some self-examination of what you think is happening, perhaps allow you to develop your own views of the process. I take no blame if you can word things better than I do. Maybe I have been too wordy or used the wrong wording in a lot of places. I hope you can get the specific meaning of what I am trying to say. Go over it in English if you want to. Please do not use my copy.

As I mentioned in the last version of this shortcut, do not loop the flow passages continuously. It may have been a sincere attempt, but they should perhaps be cut into working lengths and inserted every couple or few minutes of such a length as to allow recognition and use of each passage. Some may seem louder, but it is not exactly volume of sound as it is clarity or amount of sending layered together. I believe it is sort of a back-and-forth sending and reply sending arrangement that will create the best energy for working this way. You should see the need for more than one person and giving each other time in the recording to reply. Bouncing this energy back and forth may lead to some ideas where both of you relax on the same track with other tracks of each alone. You may have to experiment with more than one partner and the multi-tracking equipment to achieve the best results you will need to work with the energy. Two people may be plenty, but accept that the source may respond to feeding back some good effort on your part(s) in order to have a more abundant supply of the energy. This may sound bizarre, but if you listen to a piece of this music and feel you have put in or replied with great enough ability, consider throwing away at least half of the active part. They may have had sense or ability to reserve some in the first place, but you may be able to strengthen what you have use of by putting some in to the mix and leaving it alone. They are likely going to repeat parts of the "flows" they have, so if you have enough to work with, think about letting them farm some off you. You may respond better to the energy caused by another individual. Notice elsewhere I have said you may not be able to hear yourself and you "open" the other person. Realize you may be working with someone else's energy and they may get amped by you, so figure that out a little. For the record, I am not a musician trying to recruit you to do my dirty work for me. Just a comment here, "dry" tracks of the senders may be best, digital has worked well for me.

After you have gained the ability to hear the music at all, have it charge you then signal with it, you may want to examine yourself and what you think is going on while you do this. Try to feel what you are doing and as much as you can feel what the other people in the music are doing as well. You may be able to open someone in a raw track without the need for stimulus at the same time or right before. This opening idea I talk about works both with you and the people, though at first probably one at a time, in the tracks you are using as source. When you open someone to, like, space, they feel a rush of energy from their surroundings which they tend to emit, probably creating the energy we are working with in the first place. "In the first place," may get a little muddled as you get more involved in this process.

Correction note: You may want to try working with a team larger than two members, that was probably the minimum. Consider some of the combinations you may be able to make with a team of four or five in digital tracks alone and in sets. Another thing you may want to consider is using some sort of digital looping device or program. Please follow me here, using about 2 to 5 second "pops" to cause the target to respond, you may be able to put the pop at the front of a longer loop and use a mix to amp up the pop in the first place. I have an idea where the loop will move along from the start of the pop in fractions of a second or passes so that you start at the beginning with a pop and continue looping but use less of the original seed from the front, sort of drawing it out or forward to create more signal. You may or may not have to remix the new signal while doing this. Sort of a sliding loop... two seconds of seed may be plenty, you may have to learn how long it takes to burn out the participants, I believe due to endorphin changes, but you may be able to draw a two second seed into half a minute or a minute of decent power with a few targets.

One thing you may have to learn is how to "reflect" the signals or pops. When the energy comes on, the sender should allow it for a second or so then begin to relax their body and muscles of the head and sort of open themselves toward the target. I feel a little of the "heart" belief may help you but honestly it will be a matter of relaxed control mostly from your head. You may not need to visualize (though it could be good practice) opening your own aura. Instead, you may try to sort of feel these actions after you have become familiar with the energy and/or have done some aura exercise. Relax and allow it to come on, then smoothly relax and allow it to flow back to the target. To allow it, imagine you see/FEEL (and/or use good film and sound) the target's head and/or upper body. They should probably be relaxing on the media, but keep in mind you may want to ping-pong so they may also be experienced with some of the ideas you are using. This is so that you should be able to increase the power of the signals and their duration. It may be that the sending team does all the signal and amping while an incapable or unpracticed person receives only. Please try not to abuse the pops too heavily, when you are burned out it is time to quit and get a reward (reward yourself with something you feel good about.) Turn off the tape/film and maybe try a little shouting/quieting, stressing/relaxing. You may be in the right mindset for some practice (sorry, maybe only, for now.) Then quit. Get some rest, etc. (I have felt like sleeping whole days after some time of work, personally, but I sleep ALOT.) Keeping your mood up seems to increase power, but I feel this may be a work attitude you have already. Experiment after you get something going, and see if you have to take the next day off after a long session, or can work a steady, probably lower number of hours than a 40, full work week. I "believe" that a lower amount of quality will yield a greater strength product, but this may get into your work attitudes and lifestyle. I BELIEVE you burn out a bit after some time, and it seems getting warmed up doesn't hurt. Experiment a little. Hey, somebody come back on this page. Wait a little I am going to go over this, and talk about generating.

I had an idea today, hey don't get on my back about it... I was working a little with some music and I got the impression someone else was either cooperating or working on the same passages. So, feeling in a seeing way, I tried to see what they were doing and how it worked with what I do. So what they were doing seemed to be this, they inflated or opened the target's "aura" in a hemispherical or circular way. To a large size probably 2 or more meters. They stretched open the barrier and held it there (this "person" was very smooth and controlled - I am not exactly trying to hype MY exercises - but I got the impression they had done some practice,) while I did my usual heart flutter or cutting upward motion with an imaginary blade or needle (big spike like needle virtually sharp.) So, this idea of how they were able to practice from scratch (if not a natural, or whatever) came to mind. I will apologize quickly for trying to "own" their ideas or practices - but it spawned the following: Using some of the music already available (don't get upset) cut it off (whatever cut is instant) and allow it to dissipate while you relax yourself, this is the first one, THEN stay calm and feel what may be left of your own aura (it may be charged - it may be blown away, you may be open.) FEEL that while you stay relaxed - you may feel it reform. Just as I write I would say the next is to manipulate it then in some way, cutting, shaping or vanishing it completely. Also, you may be able to feel others auras around this time while you are opening or it is thinned out. To the participant (very smooth! good control, I am pretty strong but much less consistent myself) thanks AND go ahead, sorry, and receive technique. To the man who started me off on this writing (by mentioning he learned to send,) thanks, but the way I am living I may have said to much by even mentioning you. Umm, good luck. Sorry if I am trying to monopolize, but I am mostly alone and not exactly getting work done. That's one reason this is so poorly written. Don't know, I may have to keep writing by myself to keep my (err, natural?) ideas intact.

The feeling, the emotional model may be similar to giving a gift you believe the other person may want. You allow some touch-like physical feeling (physical like touch, but moving in a way like emotion) to leave you and quickly connect with your target. It moves over smoothly and quickly like a wave (pretty fast though.) Like "giving" a SMILE. Like a laugh (with you not at you? Use a joke.) Push it lightly, feel it a little. Note that I am not trying to usurp your humor or any love feelings. It could be a character you use or virtual fuzzy toy you act through.

Umm BIG CORRECTION:  Where I said 2 would work minimum, that may (only may) be ok, but to really work you will probably need a bigger team, however... possibly, everyone who can feel the energy may be able to work it (probably learn to work it better, sort of louder and more reliably.)  On the learning, wait, first you WAIT!  I need to do some cleaning up and I think I can at least help put things in order and edit to a useful (If you need a minimum) set.  The other guy (probably the biggest other contributor) seemed biggest on aura, better at control and stamina and able to work with others.  Now or mixed again I take all those ideas - haha - sorry that the ice cube comes from a cigarette, that's my big in.  PLEASE for your nerves do not bother with the cigarette (errgh, smoke em if you got em - meaning you do what you want as an adult not my problem, sorry tho low drugs.)  Things should have progressed beyond that, technique wise.
